Good product and service I would like to recommend

I was talked into purchasing this service when I bought my 65' Sony TV and sound system. Little did I know only a few months later what a nightmare this would be. I was told that I could cancel this membership at anytime. Well that is the not correct. I have attempted 5 times to cancel this product and ever time I get stall techniques like our system won't let us cancel it and it will email you a cancelation when it is done. Going on a month later and still not canceled despite many phone calls, chats online and even visiting the store. This is horrible and ridiculous that anyone should have to go through all this time and effort to get something canceled. If your smart stay away from this Total Tech membership its a scam and way to get money from customers.
