Telephone Support is a Waste of Time & Money

Telephone support is HORRIBLE- the last guy I spoke with was rude, pushy, totally impatient, and hung up on me when I couldn't find something in the drop-down menus. Wait time is long and on one call, they insisted on installing a Windows bookkeeping app on my Mac, which did not fly. Help in the store was pretty good but I can't be toting a desktop PC into the store all the time. Sadly, this service is not what is being marketed as "Total Tech." I will not be renewing.
