Buyer Beware

They used to be the best, but over the last week, since I've had a boxed-up chair in my living room, I'm starting to wonder. If they can't do a "white glove" treatment for a chair, well let's see if my computer gets fixed. Already planning on buying another one from the BX, at least those guys are honest and up front.
