Love the service that I received. The members that entered my home to do the job work very well together. They were very knowledgeable and made sure I was knowledgeable as well with working the tv and remotes. I was also very happy when the same pair came back to my home on the 2nd visit on 10/15 as well as 10/1. I am very happy and spreading the word of the service I received for the Geek Squad.

This membership is a life saver for me ...price is affordable for the value of the membership...allows me have no worries for my products that I purchase..

The membership can be confusing I bought additional items after investing in the Totaltech plan and was told since I have the plan they would install any TV's I have at my new house at no additional charge. I purchase a sound bar and TV Mount and thought I was good to go but to my surprise I was charged for everything. Also, my experience with my Smart Hub fridge set-up was horrible after the first Tech would not come out to my home after only trouble shooting over the phone and the second scheduled visit was a no show!

This is a great value. Full support and discounts on products and services. I would buy it again when making big purchases.

Definitely worth spending the $ to tech support, if you shop frequently at best buy. You get discountso or free installation. You get discounts on repairs.

We all need help on a yearly basis so bought this so I have someone to call for help & to clean up or tune up computer. But right now having issues with email. They worked on it several times but not fixed yet. Wait time for a tech to start the work is a couple hours then a hour or more to fix issue if they can.

Used - and used again. Geek Squad is friendly, professional, and very helpful. (...very busy too, so scheduling an appointment will get you served quickly)

I was able to have my product warranty looked up easily and an appointment was promptly scheduled to handle my repair. But due to the my product being an Apple IPhone, they were unable to make the repairs in store as anticipated. Instead I had to have another appointment scheduled so I could drive to the Apple Store in Richmond for the repair. They still had to send my phone away to get repairs.

I got with the lap top and i used it a couple of times the first year I had it my wife put in a pass word did not write it down so I had to take it in to have it changed

I always like extra protection and this plan was so reasonable. After seeing reviews indicating manufacturers were less than helpful, I like dealing with Best Buy!

Geek Squad annual Tech membership is totally worth it for one big single installation or if you expect more than one over the course of the year.
