Your customer serves / logistics folks are BAD

I have never been treated so poorly by any business where I am spending nearly $2K. I would never recommend BestBuy to anyone for major appliances. The logistics coordination is the worse I've ever experienced... not once but twice! Installation was scheduled before delivery and before the old unit was hauled away. I was left without a washer and dryer for nearly 3 months last year and now the same is happening with a refrigerator I purchased. I will never do business with BestBuy again and will be posting my reviews anywhere I can.
