Geek Squad- high schoolers working over the summer

Has always been a good value when laptop needed rebooted or virus cleaned out. Anything more your on your own. I had 2 sets of gaming headphones that stopped working 2 days after return policy date. Wouldn’t help, couldn’t fix. Wouldn’t exchange. Gave me the manufacture information. Gaming headsets sold for over $269 each and 2 days out of exchange date and given manufacture info. Great help. Don’t waste your money.
