This has been helpful for updating our protection on iPad and other tech. The Geek Squad is very great to work with. They explain what they doing and answer questions. The are friendly and easy to work with. We live over 30 miles from the store and the Geek Squad still comes out to our home.

We’ve used them a lot since we ended up having a lightning surge in the summer. They were able to fix my $3,000 TV by replacing a motherboard for $500. They took a look at the dishwasher, recommended buying another unit (not from Best Buy specifically) and didn’t charge for the visit, even though they could have. They did the same thing when looking at our home theater and made solid recommendations at no charge. All of the techs have been very nice and have their best efforts to finding solutions.

This membership is a real value along with the total Geek support.

I like the ease of using Total Tech online. I use it several times year to tune up my system. I have computer in different room and will check it periodically. I changed out an older hard drive for newer one when my older system was acting up. Unable to transfer as much as I wanted otherwise little problem. Glad have Total Tech

WORTH the peace of mind and promotional discounts. As always, a matter of how much you use (buy) at BestBuys, but if your primary tech and appliance store, it can save much over time. The Technicians, "GeekSquad AGENTS" are undeniably the most enthusiastic and fun folks to work with. Arrival times are "offered" but only guaranteed over a much longer period of time, so set a full day to calm expectations. Generally FAST, once onsite, but one time too fast, and mounting holes were mis-drilled and still awaiting corrective action, though store is always willing to work with you and make things right. Have not used the 24/7 tech help line, but will now that I have some time to get all my tech working smarter in my "smart home" which is getting smarter than I am. I do miss the direct phone line into the store, as all calls are routed to a hub for greater efficiency, (though less personal relations and accountability). Retired now, and without my "home office" technology support line, these folks can be a great help on my PC and ancillary equipment concerns to get my entire home network working properly.

i appreciate the install guys informing me about the benefits of totaltech before i started the process of upgrading my vehicle. I have easily gotten my money's worth as i've add multiple dashcams installed and multiple speakers. i also appreciate the discount on service plans and just the extra level of service that comes with this membership. if you're planning to do a couple of projects to your car or perhaps your home, i strongly recommend the totaltech membership.
