Not happy with total tech and will not renew.

The first time I bought the washer and dryer I was told they were covered under total tech and warrantee but when I called customer support I was told to directly deal with lg that they don't cover lg. The second occasion I was told in the store that because I have total tech I would be able to have a previously bought from Best Buy stereo system, amp & subwoofer put it for nearly nothing because of the total tech, when I had arrived to my 3 hour installation appointment I was told that they don't install what I had and there's nothing they can do about it. The store clearly said something different than when I actually arrived at the garage. Disappointed on both occasions with total tech.
