Cannot Get It Right The First Time

Although the TotalTech concept looks good on paper, it isn't worth much if after multiple trips, misdiagnosis, Geek Squad canceling confirmed appointments and in-house supervisors and personnel making promises and statements that are untrue TotalTech is a program that is filled with customer job CALLBACKS and an exercise in total frustration. If you have nothing better to do and don't mind making appointment after appointment and waiting for 1/2 days at a time only to have someone show up that gets it almost finished or supervisors that don't return calls or supervisors that cannot seem to set schedule properly or arbitraily cancel your long-awaited appointment without notice- this program is for you.
