Unfortunately the stereo I wanted that was online and in-store on display had been out of stock and discontinued. But of course if I was willing to up my budget $100-$150 they could get me a stereo that day (big surprise). Then they tell me with the membership I could get my car audio installed even if I didn't buy it from Best Buy, which was cool because basically everything I tried buying from them was out of stock or discontinued. So I bought what I wanted elsewhere and used the membership for the free installation, but then months down the road they up and changed their membership no longer allowing items not purchased from them to be installed with the membership. Nice to know they basically broke a signed paid for contract by their customers, to me they should have honored the original terms of current memberships.

Posted .Total Tech memberships have had a lot of updates that effect purchases made after the date it was purchased. If at the time the install would have been free, which I don't believe it was after Jan, 5 2022, we would have been able to do this for you on the initial purchase of the total tech and setting up a future install date. No return call from the tech who came to my house.

He rushed away before seeing me use it. It also must be sycked to my phone. He didn’t return my call. And the store said they couldn’t be sure if the security had been installed.
