    The service is great but trying to get intouch with someone is a nightmare. Phone wait time was 27 min. I tried a live chat and it said 37 hours! That is ridiculous.

    PEACE OF MIND? I am still wondering what was that. What did they do on these home visits. In store assistance required me to leave my PC for three days if wanted free service- I did not accept the free service. A SUPERVISOR TO HEAR MY COMPLAINT WAS NOT AVAILABLE on COLUMBUS DAY.

    I was never told about getting Geek Squad support in this program. I thought I was limited to coming to your store and asking questions and getting dirty looks from your staff. So I don't come to your store any more, and I have learned to live with what I know how to do.

    I have a smart tv with sound bar i have an issue with stereo sound going from stereo to mono then back techs were there 5 times and the issue wasn't fixed

    Horrible from the techs to the schedulers to the wait time to the language barrier. Then when they come out they stay for 15 minutes, don't explain anything nor do they sit down. They are in such a rush. The last one attempted to give me rules about my condo via telephone before his arrival. My very first one was AA and was good.

    Not worth the money. We spent thousands on a new TV and sound system and after 3 tries the audio and video STILL don't sync up right! Getting through to so called customer service is a massive exercise in futility and when they do show up, often they are incompetent.

      Total Tech membership is great to have as you don't have to know you're using it to be using it. Purchases automatically have protection plans offered placed on them, discounts are provided to items that have special deals and e-mails are sent out for events held for our Total Tech members. Most things only require you to provide your phone number for the account with Total Tech at the store or signing in to your account online.     If I could give less than one star I would. It has been such a horrible experience. After spending over $7000 on a new appliance package, the dish washer was delivered and installed with a dent that broke the water seal on the machine. It took 2 months before we noticed there was a leak. That leak caused significant damage in my kitchen and I called for support to have the machine replaced with a new machine and it "could not be done". What made matters worse was that they sent a text to my house to look at the machine to see if they could do a repair and the technician said the repair could not be done. No one called after to let me know they were not intending on repairing the machine or replacing the machine at all. Once I called to inquire about the status of my claim I was told I had to go to the manufacturer to get a replacement. There was no accountability for the technician who installed the machine nor any accountability for the damage caused to my house.

    Nobody really help me they were only able to lose some of my info and it cost me several hours on my own to get it back appointments were not kept I was told that when I got my new iPad all I had to do was call but I got no text or phone call i paid for something I don’t use

    The only Tech that I had was unable to fix my over all problems. My printer on prints periodically. My phone has cliches.
