    First appt. No Call. No show. First customer agent I could not understand. Had to call Best Buy Headquarters to start getting resolved. Next my initial appt was not listed as unresolved. Customer service was unable to change in the system so no new appt could could be scheduled. More delay. Hold times were terrible each time I called and in. Finally this was outsourced to a non Best Buy Geek Squad provider who, quite frankly. was excellent. You cannot go into the store to get any help. Was instructed to call the customer “service” number. I willl not be renewing.

    We have not been able to get appt with the Geek Squad. We have tried for 2 months to have a technician to our home and we are told there are not any appts. We have done alot of business with Best Buy and paid for this service a long time. we have gotten very poor service. Please do not say because of Covid. We are very dissatisfied.

    Have had a few good experiences but mainly a couple extremely poor ones. Techs without knowledge, lack of follow through, lack of keeping commitments, and a poor communication system.

    At the time of the purchase at Best Buy Annapolis I was told that this plan would cover all of my electronics repairs for a year. During that time period my laptop stopped powering up. I took it for service at Best Buy in Bowie Md and was told that the service plan is only good at the time of purchase of the laptop! Why would I pay $200 to cover just the item that I purchased for one year? I had an earlier geek squad subscription that covered my other appliances at the Annapolis store. What’s different about the Bowie store and their warranty servicing? Different zip code? Redlining? I canceled the plan obviously!

      While redlining is a term that is used for housing practices. Best Buy doesn't discriminate and Total Tech membership has many benefits you can check out at https://www.bestbuy.com/site/electronics/totaltech/pcmcat1629315977983.c?id=pcmcat1629315977983 . In store software support is offered for free under Total Tech with discounts on labor when sent out for repair, or covered repairs when under a Protection Plan that is applied to qualifying purchases when you have an active Total Tech membership for free for up to two years with deductibles on repairs.

    I have tried to reach a virtual agent for three days. I keep getting the message you are experiencing high call volumes. Hire more prople so this service can be used as more than a ripoff!

    I went into Best Buy to schedule a repair for my washing machine only to be told I needed to call the 800#. I went home and called the 800# and they told me I had to go back to the store to request a service date. I called the store and was on hold for 19 minutes and was then disconnected. I tried the Chat at 7:33pm and finally at 9:04 I was told to call an 888# or trade in or buy a new washing machine. I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase totaltech.

    Not worth it. Save your money. I did save a little money on parts I had to purchase for them to fix our devices, but service was mediocre. All devices were no more than 2-3 years old. Used it a few times at 3 different locations, thinking it was just the one location that was bad but all locations proved to be the same. My desktop went in for basic cleaning and updates and came out with bigger issues. They said they didn't do anything to it and only way to fix it was to buy new parts. Don't buy it, not worth it.

    I was told at the counter they couldn't help me. I was told to make an appointment, I made 3 and all were canceled by Dilan, he said they didn't have the parts for my tablet, so, Dilan canceled the appointment. Well, I went to the store to drop off the device and was turned away, the young lady acted as if she didn't care what so ever that I had a totaltech account and didn't care that I had the emails from Dilan canceling the account. I just want the device FIXED, why am I paing for this service only to be turned away???

    When I signed up, car installations were free, regardless whether if purchases were made from Best Buy or not. That is not the case anymore. Was not informed of these changes, and have been charged for this new year and was disappointed to find this out and that full refund was no longer an option. Disappointed with Best Buy. Could be worth it if you want free shipping or 24month protection for products, but for myself I’ve hadn’t needed to replace anything.

    My order of a new refrigerator and the stove new microwave new cord snow installment knew the snow that and that’s delivering all that was him cancel without notifying me just a couple days before December 2 when it’s time to renew the total tech help

    The original installation of my audio setup was only fair, Since that time, the visits (perhaps we've had it 3 times) has proved very, very ordinary -- and rarely have the "fixes" lasted for very long. Last time, despite having advised what was to be done, the workers didn't bring some necessary wiring. I'm dissatisfied.

    complete waste of money do not purchase do not invest in it been a total tech customer for four years now and I have never got anything that I was supposed to get Customer Service is rude they hang up on you they don’t help you they towed call back at somebody else’s problem they lacked education and training W do a basic soft reset on any kind of device and I want you so security number do not buy it not good I wish my money back 4 years
