I understand now why they never had my appointment on the calendar, worst thing they never figured it out when I told them I scheduled online. They made me stand in line and wait for the next available, and gave me the worst person they had, he was a jerk and sarcastic, I admit I’m slow on a computer, but to insult my intelligence because of that. I never went back, the guy was a jerk and didn’t even help. A year later I still can’t use my ICloud mail account on that device. Useless….

I know it is useless, I am the one that is losing money cuz my printer doesn't work. I have begged the techs/phone people to bring me a new one. The tech repairs it and no sooner than they have left it fails again. You need to bring me a new one and install it at no charge. Two visit ago the remote tech upon the in-person tech leaving, discovered there were no drivers installed--that was on the fourth visit.

Bad Service

Increased in-service item price

MISLEADING

Wouldn’t recommend
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Guys that came to install speakers and receiver were great and friendly, however, it took about 7 different appointments/trips back out to the house to get everything finally working. After using the Yamaha receiver for about a month, it stopped working & Best Buy charged me again to come out and replace it with a lower cost model which didn’t have all the functionality that the first one did and charged me again for labor.

not worth cost for one PC

I brought my laptop in twice and it still didn't improve performance. This might be useful if you have ten devices but for a little more you can just buy a new laptop.
