    Why would they register my store in another state? I understand now why they never had my appointment on the calendar, worst thing they never figured it out when I told them I scheduled online. They made me stand in line and wait for the next available, and gave me the worst person they had, he was a jerk and sarcastic, I admit I’m slow on a computer, but to insult my intelligence because of that. I never went back, the guy was a jerk and didn’t even help. A year later I still can’t use my ICloud mail account on that device. Useless….

    The membership is very questionable. I believe I have had this printer four months. I know it is useless, I am the one that is losing money cuz my printer doesn't work. I have begged the techs/phone people to bring me a new one. The tech repairs it and no sooner than they have left it fails again. You need to bring me a new one and install it at no charge. Two visit ago the remote tech upon the in-person tech leaving, discovered there were no drivers installed--that was on the fourth visit.

    Hello I had a horrible experience with Best Buy. I had A number of issues and I don’t have enough space to explain in details. Once Austin came out things seem to get a little better.

    Last year Geek Squad membership price for in-home service was $49.99 per item. Now it's $99.99 per item. I guess I missed the email reference the membership plan was increasing per item.

    Waiting 50 minutes to complete service scheduled only to learn the information handout is UTTERLY MISLEADING stating: 'No matter where you bought it, we'll support it" and that "In home support and services: Pay Only 49.99 per service of standard installations" with a subscript that does not make exceptions for product not purchased at Best Buy, which is what I was told at the store before signing up for the $200 service. MISLEADING

      Total Tech membership did allow discounted installs on items purchased from Best Buy and support, over the phone, by chat or in store for items you already have and free protection plans with deductibles for up to two years on items that are purchased at while you have our Total Tech membership.     Guys that came to install speakers and receiver were great and friendly, however, it took about 7 different appointments/trips back out to the house to get everything finally working. After using the Yamaha receiver for about a month, it stopped working & Best Buy charged me again to come out and replace it with a lower cost model which didn’t have all the functionality that the first one did and charged me again for labor.

    If you only have one device it's not worth the $200+ price tag. I brought my laptop in twice and it still didn't improve performance. This might be useful if you have ten devices but for a little more you can just buy a new laptop.
