    Best buy products are good but none of my installs have been complete. There is always something not on the truck to finish the job

    I do not know what support I received other than giving my money. I should of receive some email or confirmation that they are servicing me or any devices I may had under the totaltech. Instead I got unable to support.

    Where is my full refund. I have never gotten any of my money back. I called back on October 12th to cancel and have been told all sorts of excuses. Then again on 15th, 16th, and 19th because you kept sending me emails to contact you. One would say cancelled others would say renewed. Please just refund my full money owed to me I did not want to renew any of this.

    Every time I called it was a foreigner and they never had an idea of what I was talking about. I always knew more than the person on the other line, to include technical support on my PIXMA Pro-10. I made sure that this would not renew, But now I get an email to indicate that it has been purchased again one year later, SMH. Now I need to check my credit cards, because I absolutely do not want this again!

    I would really think about this. My wife got it after her computer went bad. While they saved her hard drive info, the computer itself was never able to be saved and we consequently took it to Best Buy 3+ times for them to try. After we said screw it and bought something new, every other device we took to best buy wasnt "covered" under this plan (which the saleswoman never explained). It only covers things BOUGHT at Best Buy or SOLD at Best Buy. It also doesnt cover specific things they dont want to deal with (They wouldnt fix my apple earbuds, because "they dont deal with earbuds"). I would caution someone thinking of buying this.

      Total Tech members have unlimited support for software in store at Geek Squad. Items purchased at Best Buy while the Total Tech membership is active allows for a free protection plan for up to two years with a deductible when the plan is used. While items that are not bought at Best Buy or before having the membership won't have the plans coverage, we do offer to send it out to repair if possible with labor costs cut by 20% and Apple products can be serviced in store, in many cases being sent out for replacement at a cost when available.     Good basic program but the Geek Squad Techs dont explain enough and no way to speak direct to techs or the tech Geek Squad via phone or in person.

    I am not sure as to why my Total Tech Support was Cancelled and the I was Sold Total Tech Support again? My husband and I are Extremely Disappointed with Best Buy Geek Squad for selling us Two Total Tech Support Memberships! If I can find a Better Tech Support Membership else where we will. It is Extremely Sad to leave Best Buy Total Tech Support because I have been a member since I Purchased my Toshiba Desk Top Computer in March 2013.

    Don't use it much and when I do I'm not getting everything I want. Services are limited not "total". With covid I haven't used them at all.

    i don't know what you are talking about. The "GEEK SQUAD" is a joke the last two times James came and did absolutely nothing to clear up the problems. In fact he kept upping the price of what it was going to cost me, before he did a thing. Then when I asked him to show me how to do something he said "I showed you that last time I was here.' Well I didn't get it the first and he never did show me the second time. Just what is this "Tetaltech costing me, because I'd like a refund, from the day it started.

    A customer service representative mistakenly canceled my Total Tech membership without my knowledge or request -thereby reducing my plan by almost a month and canceling the protections I have on purchases. I have spoken to numerous customer service representatives who say the membership cannot be restored even though it is their error - that all I can do in purchase a new 1 year membership. One of the reps promised it would be resolved - it wasn't. When speaking to 3 of them, the call was "dropped." I am giving them 1 star because 0 is not available.

    I didnt end up using it. I hadn't realized it was just a discount program, and the installation for the security camera I purchased would be reduced - not eliminated. Most product installation is not included (TV's are certainly the exception there). But I also didn't need any tech support. I tried geek squad once, my daughter broke her phone screen. But her phone was one generation older than they would service. That's when I cancelled the total tech. Guess this 33 year old is just not hip enough for Best Buy.

    total tech first if you can get thru you have these foreigners who can't understand English or speak it well!@ times this year they have remotely worked on my desktop and screwed it up so bad i had to bring it in the store!!!!!!

    Thought I was buying this to get help setting up my new laptop, but after 1 in-person appointment, and numerous call-in attempts to receive support, my Office 365 Business Edition software was still never set up and I wasted my year subscription due to not being able to set it up properly.

    I brought my laptop in top be fixed, but it needed to be sent to somewhere else for repairs, which is ok, but I did not receive any updates on their progress, so I made frequent calls to the servicing center and then when I finally spoke to someone after the 4 weeks of them having my device, they said that they needed to keep it longer. I asked them to send my device back. The techs at the Best Buy location in Paducah Ky were very kind and apologetic, but I asked for a refund for this service and received it in a timely manner.

    No all the appliances were installed, ordered three appliances six months ago and I’m still waiting for half the order to be delivered and installed
