Terrible experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely terrible experience I had a new $2,800 gas range installed a week ago - with a very dangerous gas leak - the Geel Squad kept giving me the run around, I had to speak with four separate Geek Squad members before a service appointment was set up - the experience continued to be a nightmare after that - they sent the same install person out who tried to say there was no gas leak - I had to soap the joints to show the leak - then he said , oh. My work is leaking , I had to get assertive for him to fix No apologies , just excuses

Terrible and not worth it!

And the final straw was the Acadamy Blvd Store, Colorado Springs, CO It was on a Monday the day the Geek Squad Manager left for vacation. That evening I arrive there and the tech guy was talking with a customer then. After about a half hour I asked the tech guy if he could help while he was waiting on the other man's download and the guy flared up and to date was the rudest, most caustic, nasty sales guy I have ever met.

Horrible service

They had to come and schedule four times before service actually was semi completed. Geek squad could not hook up or smart plugs and did not help when hooking up our echo eights. Again everything they installed is coming off the walls.

I took the player home and repaired the player, removing the actual disk.

Getting an appointment is very, very difficult!

I cannot imagine anyone waiting 3 hours to speak with a person to make an appointment. If you can actually make an appointment the tech service has been very good!

UNABLE TO CONTACT A PERSON

Well going on 2 days and no return call.

My Dishwasher got installed and they broke my counter top and it has being 2 months and NOTHING from the Best Buy Insurance. You get to " Expect" if you have this type of service that they will " Care" seems they do not. Do not waste your money.

The online help makes this a bad investment.

I was placed on hold numerous times, transfered around to different levels of techs and promised calls back that never happened. Problems never fixed. I didn’t renew due to the poor quality and ineffectiveness of the service.

Eh, not as advertised

They sell you on all the things they cover and then back out when you come to collect. Bad experience with this one particular component of Bestbuy
