Best Buy clearly hates its customers, including long time loyal customers like me. You didn’t show up yet again today. No explanation and they didn't understand the problem. I asked them to not renew this membership while in store and also over phone later but they auto renewed it anyway! That's not legal

Misrepresented by sales people

They also changed the service alot in the year I had it. I was told I'd be able to install and re-install car audio equipment without having to pay any additional money, which was a lie.

Cameras

One of the cameras facing neighbors house and door bell ring outside. Went back to Best Buy store to complain and they don’t know who came out. The give me a whole month to wait for someone to uninstall and reinstall. Will never renew membership again. Very disappointed.

You Can Not Cancel This Plan -- No Kidding

Poor device technician

The crazy window of 7 am to 1 pm turned into 2:30 before they got here. Left a mess in the floor and scratched up my cabinets. Poor service!

Not a Best Buy customer anymore

The geek squad service that you pay for always says that they can't do something for some reason or another. Garbage plan not to mention I waited numerous times for my delivery

More problems than when I started.

Tech says bring it in for Factory Re-set and schedule another home appointment. Two home appointments were scheduled for me. Both are bad days. Reschedule not possible on-line because system inoperative. Service in big hurry. Slow it down and fix it right the first time.

I gave them 1 because there is no options for negative numbers. They waste your time and money and their Best Buy time and money .
