Geek squad apologized and offered credit if 100 back on account, then did nit deliver it.

Need to get act together

She was supposed to cancel the recent Webroot charge and she didn't. She make the mistake because my totaltech membership was bundled with another webroot product.

Still haven’t seen the credit on my bank account. Best Buy appears to be keeping my money so that they can get the interest on it as long as possible. I called my bank to stop payment.
