Twice Total Tech Support didn't show up twice when they said they would. Even called us.

I put in an order for delivery and installation of a dishwasher. I had to wait for 3 weeks….November 2 to get it done. That is too long. I would appreciate you could do sooner

Total waste of money. Geek squad stinks and deleted my computer that had pictures and videos of my 2 murdered brothers and my daddy because they don't know what they are doing

Unable to set up an appointment. Robot conversation. Is not a great way to set up an appointment. They were busy (robot). Told me to call back

Menbershio just for ake of no cost delivery. 1st need for actual assistance with an item it took multiple visits to resolve. Geek squad apologized and offered credit if 100 back on account, then did nit deliver it.

We had to wait three weeks for the Geek tech to come to the house to enable our TV, which we bought from you, to get cable channels. You no longer help update Garmin GPS for my car, which I bought from you.

You'll spend hours and hours trying to communicate and if you have the time, eventually they might fix the problem overnight with someone who might be in India.

I purchased a computer and asked for software to be installed. 24 hours later, I walked into the store. I took the computer went home and set it up. This is the 2nd unfortunate incident with Total tech.

I didn't return or cancel this membership. It was an error of a Best Buy associate. She was supposed to cancel the recent Webroot charge and she didn't. She make the mistake because my totaltech membership was bundled with another webroot product.

Got auto-charged even though I made sure to specify no auto-renewal. Still haven’t seen the credit on my bank account. Best Buy appears to be keeping my money so that they can get the interest on it as long as possible. I called my bank to stop payment.

Honestly been a loyal fan of bestbuy for a while but I don’t think I’ll ever buy a kitchen appliance from them again I been a month with out a dishwasher. Keep getting the run around and 3rd party companies not showing up. Go to lowes

Tried to download the anti virus software today. Code won’t work. Spent time with live agent only to tell me the one would take 4 hours to get back to me.

I paid for an install and new water line; I did the install myself and wasn’t given a new water line. What a rip off

Over priced. I object to having cost of WebRoot, which I do not need or use, included. Only fair installation service. Difficult and nearly impossible to reach a live person when calling.

I called on tje phone for support. Was transferred to 5 different people techs. with a ten minute wait between each. Finally I just hung up. If this is your best maybe I need a refund.

Total tech support is so worthless They give you attitude and threaten to hang up on you instead rectifying a issue Never seen a customer service department so horrible especially a representative name Brittany attitude is terrible

Not worth the money. The plan costs a lot but you don't get a lot for the money.

Best Buy mistakenly sent my membership package to the wrong email, spent twenty minutes trying to get them to resend it to my correct address, said it could not be done.

Never insurace with Bb again. Letters emails phn calls. No response no help. Always call write someone else. Total rip off

My new refrigerator does not work under warranty and I can’t get anybody to do anything about it or service it no thank you
