This was one of the smartest purchases I've made at Best Buy. I was planning a lot up stereo and remote starter installations on my car. Paid this one time fee for a year and all the installations are free. It's really good to have when you change your mind. I bought my daughter a remote starter for her birthday, and it was installed in her car no charge without question. Always great work from the team. A+++++++++

Good purchase. A LITTLE PRICEY but I did get Webroot computer security and just got free installation of my Iphone screen protector[saved $8]. Telephone Tech support can be spotty depending on which geek squad tech answers phone

For our tv install they sent the most knowledgeable team member who knew the best mount to use. They went above and beyond to get the part across town and installed the same day. The staff is professional, skilled, and arrive on time or at least communicate arrival times. I have recommended the total tech plan to several friends and family. You don’t even have to buy the devices fr Best Buy. They will still install them.

This membership is a real value, and continues to be come a better value has Best Buy offers more options to total tech customers. We are now in our third year of being a part of total tech. They have helped us with three different computers when we had a problem fix them all, and in a short amount of time! Anytime we have a question or a problem a geek squad is always there to help us. Total tech is a tremendous buy.

Awesome service, usually pretty fast service as well, but depends on the day. I have never been disappointed by the total tech team and customer service at best buy. To be honest, I could go and purchase a lot of these products elsewhere, but I come to best buy because their customer service and HONESTY with their customers has earned my respect and I want to support their work culture and business.

I have recently purchased this program. It has given me free delivery on purchases, which has come in handy for the Holidays. I plan on upgrading my PC in the new year and I will need to make some customizations to any PC I purchase. This program includes all the installation of the custom items. I would only pay for the items. There are also some preferred pricing items that are available at various times.

Total tech was a screaming deal and is no longer available...so keep it if you have it.

Total Tech it’s totally worth it. I am so glad I made this decision. I am treated like royalty whenever I call for information. The support people are superb, both in chat and on the phone. In this day and age this is so rare! It is one of the best features in Best Buy which is why I love the store.
