    I am an Elite Plus member, bought a wall mount and television and still had to pay over $100 to have it put up. What, exactly, is the benefit of membership?

      Auto-renewal is part of the Total Tech program and presented when being sold. We are glad to cancel any auto-renewal that you no longer would like and it is always able to be cancelled by calling (800) 433-5778

    Membership has increased in cost to where you would have to have 2 installed items per year. Geek squad help is slow and takes awhile to connect.

    I never used it. It was during Covid and I could never bring the car in. It was a waste of money which was never even addressed. Won't be recommending to anyone.

    Try getting a hold of someone, you'll see how "great" this is. Usually 30 min to 1 hour wait on the phone to just SPEAK to someone. No Thanks!

    Protect what. it isn't installed. When are you going to install the product? When we get it installed we can review. Review for getting the product and installing it would be nice.

    Tech Support on Phone terrible

    Tech Support on phone is terrible. Spent 2 hours on the phone with the agent and his final statement was "Call HP". I will say the "In Store" Tech people are wonderful!

    This is the membership to have. Unlimited geek squad support with support on all purchased items. One of the best perks for me is that I get free installation on all of my tv purchases. It has been 4 months and they have come to my house and installed 3 TV's. One in a family room, a bathroom and an office. I also received help with a laptop. Best choice I ever made!

    Bought it, but doesn't show in my account. Customer service can't figure out the issue either. I finally called my credit card company and had them cancel the charge.
