    I cancelled it and wouldn't you know they didn't. I called personally and was assured it would be cancelled, but received an invoice..grrrr

      Total Tech is meant to be used for a single household and there is an option to get a membership that would cover a second household. While the service isn't meant to be used for a business it can be used for your personal property and purchases. It would also provide 20% off of business warranties that are offered for appliances within Best Buy.
