If you stop to think about it, as I did, you probably buy a lot of tech, appliances, phones, audio visual, flood lights, smart home components, and on and on. It really adds up. And, if you're also like me, you serve as your family's purchaser and technical support for their items as well. For these reasons, I finally joined BB Total. Given that it includes Apple Care (something Apple charges extra for!), my Mac, iPhone, and Airpod purchases paid for my first year membership in those charges alone. I do most of my own tech repairs and programming, but I do love the ability to walk in and return an unfixable device and walk out with a replacement then and there. Try that with your favorite online retailer. Sure, I get it. BB Total is not for everyone who might buy one or two items every now and again. But if you're living in a home with a family and are making use of the latest technologies out there, you might be surprised at just how much you're buying. Getting it all from one location (that also price matches) and gives you extended warranties and other services for a flat fee that covers nearly everything, then BB Total becomes a pretty compelling consideration.

I made multiple calls to determine if my desktop could support Window 11. The technician was very patient and explained the specs and how many components would need to be replaced. When I purchased a new computer, my files and contacts and apps and icons were transferred from the old computer without additional charges.

I'm grateful for my membership, which included access to Geek Squad. I used them a couple of times during the initial setup of my new computer and I love that they are in the background if I need help in the future.

The peace of mind that this product brings is just reassurance that our initial investment will have protection in a reasonable time frame. Usually not one for extended warranties, but this one actually makes sense.

Worth the yearly fee when u have problems. Tech fixed issue after I called HP first & not Best Buy. Got scammed & had to change my bank accounts too. Thank you for the knowlege to fix any issue with printer & laptop. Once again, Best Buy has the Best service.

I can't think of a better added value to the already wonderful deal we received on the computer we purchased. The Geek Squad had already proved themselves to us with their knowledge and advice. Now, knowing that we have this level of protection at our backs brings nothing but comfort and confidence to us as we move forward in our nonprofit.

Plan pays for itself if you have even one incident where you need to bring your PC or Laptop in for repair. They will also do complimentary cleaning and backup of your computer with the Best But=y Total membership

The BestBuy Geek Squad team at Vallejo was great. Addressed all the issues with 2 computers. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the phone service required to make appointments. Get rid of that "service". So frustrating that it makes me want to do business somewhere else.

My Dell laptop was taken in for servicing due to a bluescreen loop. It turns out the drive was known to have issues, and production stopped long ago (although there was never a recall or information provided to indicate it would fail sooner than later). Because of this, I was told none of my information could be retrieved or saved. Bummer. Overall, the techs were nice, communicative, and efficient, all things considered.

This membership is a must in our family! Well worth the yearly investment. Peace of mind too. When we have an issue, they resolve it. Top notch experts! Would not be with out Wb Root either! Have had both for over 7 years now and will continue! Can't go wrong with these plans!

The price is a bit high, but overall it feels like a good deal for peace of mind. I understand that some products may be available at better prices outside of Best Buy; however, I prefer to buy all my electronics from Best Buy. With the addition of the Best Buy Total Membership, I have found great relief in knowing where to find all my warranties and protection plans. The return process is also easy and hassle-free. I'm very satisfied with my membership.

Good if you buy a lot of tech and possibly appliances/furniture. The membership comes with home assembly for furniture along with thr warranties on everything so if you buy a few things a year it's a really good value.

I am a 88 yr old grandma that relied on my grandson to help me out when I bought electronics and he helped set up whatever I bought. He moved far away. The computer he set up for me 9 years ago died. The young employees at Best Buy took the place of my grandson—very patient and kind. I was so nervous about picking out a computer and getting all the information transferred to my new computer, My anxiety melted away when I met the Geeksquad.

Membership has proven to be very beneficial even in the first month of purchase. We have saved money on Geek Squad services to 2 Lenovo computers which has more than compensated for the membership cost. Love the quick and prompt service given to members throughout the store.

The gentleman in the Brick store was very knowledgeable about the membership and what he was doing to repair my pc. He explained what he was doing and why he had to do it to get my problem solved. I highly recommend the membership to everyone. i have recommended the membership to a few friends and they all feel the same way I do.

Having trouble with a PC restart, I made an appointment with Geek Squad. I had worked on it for hours, and the Tech fixed it in, seriously, seconds. Since we have computers, phones and TVs, it was a no-brainer to go Total. When we purchased a TV, after our old one died, we bought one from Best Buy, at a very nice discount, and it was delivered in 2 days to our house, and brought in to where it would be installed. I also brought my phone in because it was being jammed up by Gemini, and the Tech fixed that in minutes. "Best buy" we have made in years!

Getting the membership means every time I buy something I don’t have to think about getting the extra warranty and cover my investment. It comes automatically with the membership. It can’t be better than that.
