Tech membership gives me peace of mind about all my tech devices. Geek Squad is reliable, knowledgeable, and responsive to my needs -sometimes on short notice! Always courteous- my only reservation is that it is hard to make an appointment during this horrible pandemic.

Well worth the price and has saved me significant dollars with several installations.

I purchased the Total Tech annual membership for $199.99 annually at the same time I purchased a Samsung 70” TV. I was immediately charged for installation and setup. Shortly after that I purchased an HP printer. I had an issue with the setup and called in the Geek Squad. I was charged installation and setup for the printer. One of the selling points was installation and setup was to be included in the annual cost. Went back to my local Best Buy and was told to call the 1-800 geek squad number to question the charges. I was placed on hold and told my call was in the queue and would be answered in two(2) hours and eight(8)minutes. That was senseless. Still haven’t straightened the charges out. Hope this review helps. Otherwise it may be time to refund the whole package.

So far so good. I honestly was very hesitant when they suggested adding this to my big order. But, it really has paid itself off, and I get big peace of mind from the dedicated support, warranties, and cheap installs ($50 every time). If you’re going to keep buying from them and using them for the installs, it’s worth it.

This membership is a good program to have I really like it it help me all my needs when it was needed the team that comes out are really good and nice know what they are doing they are friendly one call is all you have to make and they will send some one out if you have a problem just go into the store and they will resolve it with no problem which means that they back up they work and.value the program

I got total tech when I bought my laptop. One day it was acting weird took it in & while I was in line I went online & took the next appiontment. The total tech paid for itself. The laptop only had a few clicks the tech did to remove whatever I accidently changed on the settings and it was back to normal. So easy but so worth having them do it as I couldn't figure it out. Peace of mind for all my tech.

This membership is a real value and handy in the event of something breaking.

This used to be a good service, you USED to not have to pay restocking fees, you USED to get same day delivery, it USED to be useful but now it's just gone to trash.. I'm VERY MUCH canceling my membership after this one is done NOT worth it any longer.. on products that I want to carry a warranty on I can just purchase the warranty at the time I purchase the product... There is NOTHING worth while any longer for the Total Tech membership.

This membership has been very handy and economical to have. The peace of mind to have unlimited tech support has helped with my laptops. The techs have done diagnostics and repaired my computers. I also purchased a 65 inch tv, sound bar and wall mounts. They delivered these products to my home and did very professional installation for me, all covered under my total tech plan.

A great value that includes installation and protection plans for purchases.
