    Absolutely terrible service. Lack of knowledge, communication. Wait time is ok but being a totaltech member I requested their service 6 times in different areas - TV, thermostat, refrigerator, dishwasher, laptop and it's never went good. Not a single time. Cancelling immediately

    Hello, For the 5th times, my refrigerator has not been delivered !!! And the customer service doesn’t care and does nothing, no compensation, I spent countless hours trying to get a fridge delivered in Manhattan ! The third party provider in NYC is the worst ! Don’t waste your money & time !

    Membership is a joke if you have a decent knowledge of computers and how to get through menus. Good for your grandma maybe. Told them I had an issue and they go to the issue I just told them about and they have the gall to say oh yeah that doesn’t work or they quit out of the session. Extremely disappointed.

    It's useless, it doesn't want you any money. Amazon has beaten the price everytime. The install services don't even show up when they are supposed to, they don't call you to let you know that they aren't coming either way. It just feels useless and I won't renew.

    Can't handle difficult questions / situations.

    It takes too long to get connected. Then on hold to research the issue. Then they can't answer the question. Then you get "transferred" to another department that is not open. Useless waste of my time for anything other than a routine maintenance issue.

    While there are certainly some benefits to the Total Tech program, I was very disappointed to learn that the trouble shooting appointment to check a malfunctioning remote purchased from Best Buy (out of warranty) resulted in a charge of $99.99. Maybe it should be called (Not) Total Tech. It was certainly our expectation that this type of assistance was what we were getting for the annual charge.

    The totaltech team, the people that I talked to made my experience of having a broken tv replaced much easier. They are knowledgeable, nice people. Great customer service.

    I'm giving one star because there is no assistance over the phone whatsoever for even the most basic issue. It's just a kid that takes 10 minutes to book an appointment for six days out to look at my TV! No exaggeration here! What am I paying for?

    One of the worst experiences.

    I purchased a new desktop from BB as well as the Total Tech option for installation and data migration. Heres' what happened: 1. The scheduled the tech 3 weeks out. Three weeks. 2. On the scheduled day, no one showed up - not even a phone call. I waited here all day until I finally called at 3pm and was told "he won't be there, we will have the reschedule". They did - three more weeks out. So a total of 6 weeks just to get someone here. 3. The tech himself was great, outstanding even. 4. He ran into a disk error when trying to copy my files over to the new system and after the 2nd attempt said "they only give me a block of time to do these installations, so I have to leave" Job incomplete and left stranded except for the fact that I had wisely copied all the files over to a scan disk before the installation. We were able to use that, to copy the files over, fortuntately. Waiting time on hold. If you call Total Tech for service also expect to be on hold for 30-50 min's before they answer. Next - I ordered a new clothes dryer which they scheduled 4 weeks out from the purchase date. When they arrived (on time to my surprise), they just left it in the hall and said goodbye. I stopped them and said you are supposed to install it - the reply was "not me, I'm not doing that" and they left. I called support, waited on hold another 35 min's, and they said "we'll send a different team out tomorrow to do it" Never, ever again. Similar experience with Lowes appliances. No one wants to work any more. I would suggest buying from a local non-box dealer and hiring your own local p/c tech who will give you local support.

      Data transfers are normally able to be scheduled and completed in store within a few days. I have seen as quickly as same day. Some time has passed so I am not certain why it was setup as an at home service. Appliances can be difficult, although Gas installs tend to be more complicated depending on the area and we are glad to help with resolving any issue like this as quickly as we are alerted.     Very unhappy and frustrated customer. They had an ad that said until july 12 there was free delivery, installation, and haul away but come to find out that is not true and when I chatted with them they were the least bit helpful. Will never be purchasing from best buy again

    I've been waiting for a month for them to come to my house to fix my clothes dryer! They have already scheduled more than 5 times and they don't come! horrible service! I do not recommend! There's no commitment!

    I love my refrigerator, stove , hood and dishwasher- all are LG brand. No issues so far so I wouldn’t know how the te h support is.

    Extremely bad customer service communication. I was waiting like 20 minutes while specialist said she needed to look into appointment note and gave me the answer. Then phone stopped and hung up on me.

    This was great while it lasted. Now it no longer includes free installation so it is basically worthless. I will NOT be renewing. Remember to cancel or you will be automatically renewed into their new program which, as i said, has no value.

    I can’t help but look at the 5 star reviews and wonder if they were written by actual customers, and if so how many have actually USED the service? I bought Totaltech years ago and recently tried to schedule a refrigerator/freezer repair for an LG brand item that I had bought at Best Buy, took a vacation day off of work waiting, and no one showed up. Called Best Buy, they said they made a mistake in the scheduling process. So scheduled another appointment, took another vacation day off of off work, the tech called on the way over and mentioned he was coming for a GE brand dishwasher repair. Best Buy scheduled the wrong company for the wrong appliance, the vendor only did GE items. I called Best Buy AGAIN to reschedule, asked if I could speak with a manager, was told no managers are available, was put on hold twice while they “researched the issue,” the call was dropped/hung up on me twice on their end. So I had to keep calling back. The third time I called that day, I was forwarded 4 separate times and had to re-explain everything every time – and then put on extended holds for over an hour and a half just trying to re-schedule this so I could that can get a working refrigerator from a company that I had been paying Totaltech fees to for years (for nothing). They scheduled it, I took a 3rd day off of work at that point – no one showed up. Hugely frustrating process. I called BestBuy Totaltech back, and they said the soonest they can get me back on the schedule would be over 2 weeks out. So I’ll have been without a refrigerator/freezer for over a month at that point. I’m cancelling it, absolutely not worth the frustration. What was I paying hundreds of dollars every year for all of those years?? So then I called to cancel, they said it would be cancelled and that I would receive an email. Time passed, no email, I called again – it was never cancelled. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had - with any company – EVER.
