Love it, was not a fan of the price at first but i have more than gotten my value out if this, Im going ti be renewing each year. Everything Ive bought comes with 2 year protection, devices can be taken in and worked on wheather i biught from best buy or not PCs can be upgraded/built with parts i bought elsewhere or if i get from there its much quicker and decent deals.

I enjoy this service by Best Buy it has its benefits. For example if a purchased item has an issue total tech is there for you. The added insurance options are negated for most items. I have been a member for several years and found total tech a great security blanket. Lol

Signed up for the Geek Squad based on a recommendation from my cousin, and she was 100% correct despite being on the other side of the country. It's a bargain and service was fast to do a data transfer to my new desktop and do some work on an older laptop. Love being able to call with questions anytime on the 888#, and calls are answered right away. The ESL speakers need to be reminded to speak slowly, though.

We really like our membership. It has covered all of our devices and taken care of us every time we’ve switched from an old one to a new one. The Techs are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what they are doing.

We had the Geek Squad transfer our information from our old PC to our new one. We had some questions when we got home and they did an excellent job of answering them. Quality people made this an excellent purchase for us.

I highly recommend buying this service. To know I can get help at any time from the Geek Squad is well worth it. They have been able to solve all my needs. At the age of 83 and not knowing a lot about computers, the Geek Squad has been a life saver.

The geek squad membership has been such a blessing to myself and my whole family. I wouldn’t have known what to do when my daughter’s laptop and her hard drive crashed and it was all replaced because of this membership.

My Best Buy Total membership is the best money I have ever spent. I am going through identity theft and the guys at the Southpark Meadows store in Austin; especially Sam and Angel know their stuff and are so kind and patient! The membership was great for a new laptop I bought and switching the info on my old laptop to the new one. It did not help when I bought a Bushnell View on line and used a rewards certificate. I returned it because Bushnell came out with a new model for the same price. Best Buy refunded my money but not the rewards certificate. I was told when I returned it the reward would be added back to my account, but after a week and I called it was not. I was then told rewards are not reusable. I thought I the membership should have helped me with customer service.

The total membership has been great I would recommend everyone to get it especially if you buy a lot of electronics from Best Buy. It’s great for the warranties on your product and also a great feature for your home!!!

I have had my Total Tech Membership for years. It has often gotten me out of a jam. When I was told by four "computer experts" that my hard drive was fried and I would not be able to get any of my data off of it, Geek squad not only recovered my data. They also restored my computer to proper operation.

I've had this membership for a long time and I really do value the way that I can go to the Geek Squad with any problem I may have and it's resolved. The service I receive is outstanding and there've been time when I'd have been left in a situation wher I'd have spent a long long time without my computer if it had not been for the Geek Squad. In fact, there's been times when I'd have resorted to purchasing a new laptop because the problem was so far out of my ability to handle. Thanks Geek Squad!!
