Totally worth it. Purchased it when my All-In-One crashed. Was able to use it on the All-In-One for the initial repair, my laptop and again on my All-In-One SSD upgrade. Saves you a lot of money if you have older equipment you are trying to keep alive.

people were on time, listened to my problem worked to fix it and when they felt they could not totally resolve the problem on their own said they would see if they could get a refund because they were not able to resolve issue because they felt it was due to a component not working properly that was out of warranty. i was happy with the service even if i had not gotten the refund.

The price is right and it has been a lifesaver, being able to get help when I need it. Plus, deliveries & installations are free, as well as help when my mobile phone had a glitch. Yes, good protection and service overall. I know little about computers and printers, appliances but manage to keep mine alive with stuff like this and best buy. I wish they could make appts a bit speedier though. The agents they send are always 100% sharp and knowledgable. I like in a hard to reach place in the city. Apple products are hard to find a tech for.

if you're looking to help yourself save money in the future with anything you buy or already have. highly suggest you buy a membership. you can save so much money from free shipping to a sound system install on your car. when I bought this I saved hundreds of dollars from shipping costs and retail priced appliances, tvs, gaming products, sound systems, etc.

Laptop camera didn't work ... we thought. Total tech found it in seconds.

This has some real value as we added devices to our home the tech come out to help set up

I opted for this when I had an Asus laptop in which the harddrive bricked itself, they replaced the Harddrive and was great throughout the whole experience, kept me up to date through the whole process and was honest/not pushy. Most of all they got my laptop working again, which was great.
