    Poor online tech support

    online chat support is getting worse. I tried several times to get a tech with online support and waited for over an hour and finally gave up. It never used to be like this and time for a change. Will not renew with them when its due unless things change , and soon. Waste of money.

    If you cancel your totaltech membership, everything that was covered under it gets cancelled. I cancelled my toyaltech a few days ago for financial reqsons and today i got an email telling me evething that had a protection plan was now cancelled. Dont get totaltech. You are better off purchasing the warranty separately

    Cancelled. Misinformation constantly in what can be installed by your technicians. Store assistance is always good but online and phone help is frustrating useless and wastes time.

    Terrible service. I was provided a 6 hours window on a Saturday. Waited the entire 6 hours for them to show up and never did. I called and they rescheduled my appointment for 9 days later? Wow just terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

    This is a huge rip off. They don’t show for their appointments and when they do they can’t fix anything but still charge for the visit!

    After spending a good amount of time on hold and on the phone with a rep, i was told it was an installation issue and i had to call the store. I don't feel that it is an installation issue the doors are out of alignment and the handles are the same. Send a tech not put it off to someone else.

    Awful so far… dishwasher delivered- however install has not gone well even though we had to pay extra for the advanced installation.

    Take your money but no show multiple times

    Did not show for first appointment. Stated over phone would be there the next day. No show on that day as well. Have to take off work two days for delivery and install, have no idea where my stuff is or how to get it delivered.

    Not happy with the technical support aspect of my membership. If in need of warranties you can just buy separately.
