the membership with the geek squad plan was helpful. after we got it home ad ware popped up .not sure if it came from transfer from old system. geek squad cleaned it up. the price came down a bit and we got some refund.

Basically, you either pay $70 or more for fixing your computer that was attacked or pay the $180 for the annual Geek Squad coverage subscription. For that reason, it was worth getting and they did clean up the issue, plus backed up the computers data at no extra charge.

Best Buy membership is totally worth it! The exclusive deals, extended return period, and free delivery make shopping super convenient. Customer service is always responsive and helpful. Great value for anyone who shops tech regularly!

I love it! Being a member has saved me a lot of money and aggravation. It has fixed my computer, helped with the software, set up my Apple Watch, paired my air pods with my iphone, and more. Geek Squad always a available.

Excellent service, advice, and most importantly, explanations and patience. Unless you're a hardware and software expert, this is a great investment in personal sanity!

This is a great value. We bought 2 new laptops to replace our old one. Had the software added to both laptops. Bought a new thumb drive. So we can update a laptop when we get to our second location. No more need to keep bringing laptop from location to location.

Only been a member for a short amount of time and the benefits are amazing. I have returned and exchanged a couple big price tag items no hassle whatsoever. I was having an issue with my phone - constant ads. I came to BestBuy and the gentleman at the service dest eliminated my issue in about 15 minutes. I was so worried about not having a working phone, because i was leaving the country in a day or so. Wonderful work done by him.

Membership is ann absolute must when purchasing items over 150.00$ . I was not happy with the exchange they gave me, but at least I didn't lose my money. The 179.00 was worth not loosing 800.0$.

It works well but have some issues with not catching every movement. A delivery yesterday didn't show the person at all, just the truck leaving. That may be user error though.

The staff at Best Buy are very friendly and know exactly what to do! They helped me set up my new computer, so I didn't have to go through the hassle of figuring it out myself. Which saved me a lot of time and made the whole process completely stress-free. I really appreciate their great service!

A great deal. Due to identity theft, had to have 2 devices wiped. the Geek Squad was very helpful in doing this as well as helping me load back what was on my computers. The only downside is getting an appointment in a timely manner.
