Both teams were very knowledgable, courteous, and clean. I was impressed on how much they have improved their knowledge and customer service experience!

Great Value and Service

Worth it for that alone. We used the phone line to call Tech support one evening when we were having an issue with our new TV and they were able to fix an issue that we spent an hour working on with no luck. Seems like a must have with today's high tech electronics.

We don’t have to depend on anyone to help us and set things up. They are very nice, friendly and service is great. They answer all our questions and do all the work. Best thing we have done. Buying all our appliances from Best Buy and having the program they will handle any problems or concerns.

A must have membership.

They do effective online computer tune up, in home repairs on almost everything at much reduced cost. Also recently took phone orders in my case for appliances without a trip to the store. The agents are very knowledgeable and customer oriented. I highly recommend the membership!

I called in about both my laptops recently. One gets a low level technician based in South Asia or some other region who takes control of the computer. That person then must go through an analysis for about a half hour before they are allowed to give you a Level II technician. Both my laptops worked fine but were slow. I called about a diagnostics assessment and determination as to updates a couple of weeks ago for the first laptop. After the first technician did his piece, he said he would refer me to a Level II technician. He said that person would be on shortly. Over three hours later, with my computer still connected to BestBuy, he came on. Fortunately he said I could go to bed while he worked. Computer seems fine. This week I called about the second. The low level technician, whose English was terrible, made my computer inoperable. As it wouldn’t operate, we couldn’t get to the Level II technician. He made me an appointment to drop my computer off at a BestBuy store the next day (just after 12 pm). I was advised BestBuy could take 3-4 days in getting back to me.

TotalTech Membership Program

Honestly, don't know what I'd do without them! GeekSquad TotalTech is a great program!

Terrible experience. It is a rip off!!

We were told that they will either repair or replace defective items. We already have three occasions with three expensive appliances where the guy will come and say that this item needs to be replaced of or repaired but call GEEK SQUAD . But every time they come and say you are not covered although the item was just purchased

I like the peace of mind I have knowing that a support group is there for me if I have technical problems or questions concerning my devices. Also, I recently purchased an oven from Best Buys and, because of my membership, delivery, installation and haul away of the old oven was free.

Great service but resolution is difficult
