As a Senior citizen, this membership is a big help! Since retiring, technology has progressed very rapidly and I appreciate being able to pick the brains of the “Geeks,” Add to that, the member prices and unlimited Geek Squad support are reassuring!

I felt I would benefit from the Best Buy membership. I have actually used it and it was worth the cost, The Geek Squad was able to solve my issue with minimal input from me, and I've had no further issues. I would recommend this purchase.

We bought several items this year new tv, new soundbar, geek squad installation, Jbl portable speaker. I liked that we got free extended warranty’s on all items. We also like the longer return policy.

Truly a great service and savings! Perks are amazing like extra coverage for on purchases. Also bring my laptop to geek squad anytime. Extended warranties etc. special deals and pricing. So worth it.

I bought my membership because it was the cheaper option compared to the cost of a non-covered Geek Squad trip. However, since having it, I feel like every purchase I make with my Best Buy Total membership is a deal. I’m always surprised with random discounts and I’m happy for it. While I’m generally a self-sufficient consumer and I am careful with my tech, it’s nice knowing that for the next year that I own this membership, I can count on Best Buy Geek Squad to work on something if I’m in a pinch for time with my own projects and work. The membership is a little bit pricy, but if you shop here plenty, you will get back what you paid in discounts.

He helped me purchase an amazing Camera for my teenage daughter who just spent a week crying after she lost photos, and her SD card got corrupted from our T7. I feel that the membership is worth every dollar, especially if you buy electronic product often. I have purchased appliance, game consoles, monitors and computers many times. Never have any issues with warranty stuff. Geek Squad has always been professional and helpful.

This subscription offers a great cost-benefit. The prices for members, in addition to the unlimited support of Geek Squad, are excellent. In addition, we love the peace of mind of having protection plans.for our purchases.

As I am not a "techie" it was great to have delivery and installation which included a 2nd visit due to sound issues and both techs were knowledgeable and helped me with working with the equipment . FYI: Before paying to have them dispose of old equipment for a fee, check with your local trash service - it may be a free service.
