I love my Best Buy Total Membership. The reason is I saved a lot everytime I go to fix my laptop. Plus I can bring any laptop or electronic unlimited without worrying to pay upfront. Plus Geek Squad is very friendly and help you in any issue or concerns. Plus recommends which better products what you looking for. For your needs. I recommend 100%.

Totally worth getting the geek squad. I had two appointments on Jan. 6, 2006 (10:40 and 11:20). I cannot remember where I wrote the kids name down that helped me, I wanted to give him a good review. He was so patient and taught me more than I have learned in 20 years. He spent the time to figure out what was going on with my computer.

It is expensive and it renews yearly. If you cancel it, you also cancel ANY protections that you got while you were a member. Even if it was a 2-year protection, since it was paid for via the membership (for "Free") cancelling the membership cancels these protections as well. If you shop at Best Buy frequently enough and take advantage of the protections, then I'd say it's worth it. Otherwise, I would pass on it.

I like my new KitchenAid Dishwasher & Stove. Excellent installation service & service call. Installation crew came on time & left very clean. Products were cheaper than any competitors. I bought tv for my father also which is delivering on Tuesday February 17th. 2026.

I love the bestbuy membership. It's peace of mind that they stand behind every tech item or appliance that i buy for 2 years. I've bought smart devices like TVs, samsung Dishwashers, samsung smart fridge, damsung cooktop, ipad, laptops, etc You can't beat it!

I don't like that. They charge much on the extended warranty prices and don't offer you extended Geek Squad much anymore. I also had to wait so long for Geek Squad appointments. They are so far backlogged and don't have enough help. I think online consumers and shoppers are killing their store. Business online is still cool, but a lot of the stores and departments are shutting down. Hopefully, they're not on their way out

Although We do not need it often, when things go wrong, or need a tune up, or when We purchase new items Total Tech not only saves me money, but We know it will be repaired or installed perfectly.

OK, why do we need this? You do! I need this membership 1x, 2x, 3x a year - when I least expect to need it for my iPhone, or my Mac(s) or the Lenovo Yoga I bought for fun. I seem to always need help on something, especially when I am recycling stuff, or want to give my old PC to my nephew and want to make sure it is Clean. Just remember to make an appointment ahead of time on the BestBuy app.

I would say that the membership is definitely worth it if you are a student or on a budget with regard to your technology. My laptop has extreme sentimental value and it got water spilled on it at work, the folks at GeekSquad were able to save it and get it sent off for repairs. The membership was cheaper than my computer repairs would have been outright, so I went ahead and signed up, and I’ve been able to make great use of the benefits of having it ever since! My new headphones are now protected as well!

Best Buy Total Membership gives you peace of mind for all your purchases, particularly for my top end HP laptop that I need dependable. The technological support by the Geek Squad is incredible and very friendly. They never give up. I had an IPad that started acting up, I tried to fix it from information on the web, then took it to the Best Buy Geek Squad who tried different things. Then I know for certain it was time to buy a new one for a competitive price. I hate to spend money unnecessarily. Best Buy gave me the confidence to get new one.

This membership helped us to buy the laptop because we needed to have the old laptop's files, etc transferred. This saved us some money in the long run. It is nice to know the Geek Squad is available if we need them.

I cannot say enough good things about the Geek Squad at the Kenosha location. Patient, knowledgeable, friendly, the list goes on and on. I had never had this service before but believe me, the price was well worth it!!! Thank you!

I bought my membership because it was the cheaper option compared to the cost of a non-covered Geek Squad trip. However, since having it, I feel like every purchase I make with my Best Buy Total membership is a deal. I’m always surprised with random discounts and I’m happy for it. While I’m generally a self-sufficient consumer and I am careful with my tech, it’s nice knowing that for the next year that I own this membership, I can count on Best Buy Geek Squad to work on something if I’m in a pinch for time with my own projects and work. The membership is a little bit pricy, but if you shop here plenty, you will get back what you paid in discounts.

I’ve always had great service at Best Buy . I’ve had a bad experience with them but my washer I got from there. And I have still not got some one to come out and bring me a new washer or to fix the one I got. It’s been sence January 30 and still don’t have anyone to call me back.

Best decision you could make if you are a PC gamer! Since I got the membership I have already made my money’s worth. I’ve upgrade my SSD on my Lenovo legion, upgraded my graphics card and RAM on my gaming desktop etc. This thing has paid for itself twice over already. Couldn’t be more pleased

So glad I got it. Worth the price. I have saved so much money with membership savings and and sepical member deals. And the 2 year protection plan on most of my purchases has came in handy many times. Would recommend to everyone

This membership is worth the price to obtain future discount pricing and even more importantly the support of the Geek Squad team members who are eager to support a member at any time. It makes purchases worry free knowing you have professionals in your corner to answer any questions or concerns.

My member definitely came in on top when it came to help with my computer, and especially taking it to Geek Squad. My desktop pretty much wasn't starting, and i was oblivious to the issues. Geek Squad helped me figure the issues out and offered to help me fix it, I only turned away because my own funding, but i am definitely coming back to them when I have technical issues in the future. 10/10, worth the purchase.
