Helped me get set up with a new cable modem and wifi network. Very happy with my new equipment and the information and service the technicians provided. The techs were very conscious of pandemic protocols. Felt very comfortable with them coming into my home to consult. Will definitely use them again over the upcoming year.

Above all, they are personal, respective, and conduct themselves in a professional manner. This is important, especially when you welcome them into your home.

We just moved into a new home and have purchased some televisions and mounting equipment. They came in at a significantly reduced cost and installed not only our new TVs but the ones we already had. Geek squad technician who installed my new 55 inch TV and sound bar was outstanding. He was equipped with the correct installation kit that was different from the one I purchased. He found a creative way to mount both the TV and sound bar while minimizing a maze of wires.

So glad I invested in TotalTech when i brought my computer into the store for service. It now covers ALL the computers in my home. BONUS: Having the TotalTech Service qualified me for an automatic $50 discount on my recent Hisense U6G 55-inch ULED TV purchase!! That was a complete surprise - Thank you BestBuy!!

It's a nice service and there are lots of discounts between 10-15%. So you can recoup if you spend a lot. The best service is the protection plan though. Reason it's a 3 star is because of my TV mounting situation. I bought a new SONY X85J in store and it was not mentioned to me that the mounting installation was free with my membership. That's a problem. When I found out that was a service, I called and was told it needed to be bundled with the TV purchase, but that I could still get 20% off the job. Total middle fingers response. For the amount you pay on this membership you'd think things like this would be mentioned during the purchase. I can't have spotty customer service and recommend to others. That's a $200 mistake.

Quick efficient installation from beginning to end. Aaron called a couple days prior to walk me through what he was going to do and offered some suggestions. Arrived on time, with a a couple different options to complete the install. Once done, everything was cleaned up and all boxes removed. Best money I've spent.

I am so glad that nixed the Apple Store & bought my new IPad from BestBuy. The TotalTech was offered & I went for it. I’ve already used it twice & the service was great.
