I like the instant 24/7 help you can get to correct a problem by phone while at your own home. I am retired, and don't have access to my former company's IT department. Totaltech gives me that security on my own.

Tech was the best... i had alot going on outside my house... but he remained calm... came right inside and did my installation... he gave me great direction to complete what i needed to do... bc it seemed that the electric company was working outside so during his visit i lost my power!!

As a new home owner, this membership saved a ton in all the new appliances we needed to have installed. The replacements were quick and the folks doing the work were very professional.

This membership has been of real value so far. Have bought six appliances in the past 5 months and the membership has not only provided piece of mind for any future repairs; the membership provided value in installation/haul away/delivery charges. So far am happy.

It's a solid service if you are not too tech savy, but for those who are tech savy, the only thing this is really good for is if the device you buy is faulty and this service happens to have extra coverage for it. Other than that, it's a bit pricey for me personally. I am a tech savvy individual, so I didn't really need much of the service.

Because I have total tech for my computers, I called when our refrigerator wasn’t cooling. Another company we’re members of couldn’t come until weeks later. I opted to all Best Buy and they sent someone right away and it only took a week to get the part and get it installed.

Geek squad delivered and mounted a TV, and connected to remotes for existing home theater items. We’ve used Best Buy and the Geek Squad for all items in our home theater. Can’t go wrong. Arrive on schedule.

I started my TotalTech membership along with the purchase of a new TV. Using it initially for the setup and mounting I have since used it for some other support items and repairs. Professional and courteous the tech agents have performed to 100% of my expectations!

I love the membership never would thought I would purchase the membership or even buy as much merchandise as I have been from best buy but they have the best quality and best prices with great customer service and return policy...very helpful at my local store...

This has been great for keeping my equipment protected. I purchased it because my house is really old & it never fails when I purchase anything electric something in this house affects them. This has been a life saver when my laptop gets killed or is affected.
