The Best Buy total protection service is a great tool to have. the service is excellent. The Best Buy customer service is top notch. We recently bought a new computer and the Best Buy total package. We had the service in Illinois for many years. Now that we are in Virginia we are continuing this very useful service. Thank You!

No problems I love it. It dries heavily loads quicker than I thought it would. Easy to use and settings are easy. My teenager has no problem with doing their own laundry and using the dryer efficiently. Easy on my gas bill. Quiet while in use and notification bell when dryer is done. We use permipress cycle and never have to iron.

My initial experience with Total Care was not positive. I had an in-store meeting scheduled. When I showed up, I had to wait to finally talk to someone. Apparently, everyone was busy. So much for scheduled appts. The person I finally got to speak with was not from the Geek Squad/Total Care. He was a kid filling in from another dept and really had no business being there. He couldn't even answer the first question I had. Pressing a little further his only suggestion was to bring my PC into the store for support. It was a wasted trip to the store for a couple minutes of nothing. I'm willing to give Total Care another try. If my next encounter with Total Care is not productive I will cancel.

The geek squad is the place to go. If you have any kind of problem or concern with your electronics. Again, they help me with transferring from one computer to another. Additionally, I purchased a yearly membership which will protect me if I need further help. That is a very comforting thought because they are my go-to place when I need help!

I have used the membership to help with computer problems, and all within a short time after signing up. Great help from the Geek Squad. Keep up the good work. You are the best!

I love my membership it’s very useful if any of my items have an issue I take in and they fix the solution right away very helpful the membership is cheap for the amount of items it covers love it

Chose the membership after comparing the other warranty options. Value seemed better than the other options. Although I have not used it at this time, it does provide me some reassurance that if anything goes wrong with my appliance, it will be replaced.

My Best Buy Total membership is EVERYTHING!!! Everyone in my house has a pc, laptop, tablet, phone... The list goes on and on. The BBT covers all repairs. I've been a member for several years and it's well worth the price since one pc repair can cost more than the membership itself!

This membership it totally worth the price. We buy most of our house appliances through BestBuy, and let all face it, sometimes the items we buy don't cut it. This plan allows us to swap to a different item within a certain timeframe, even if we just don't like it. I was also very happy with the current NFL Sunday Ticket via YouTube TV Promo with having this membership.

I purchased My Best Buy Total Membership for peace of mind. While I do have anti virus protection, I find myself always having questions. This is where my membership helps me.

I can’t say enough good things about the Best Buy Total Rewards plan! One of the best benefits is not needing to buy separate insurance for future purchases—it’s already taken care of. My Samsung Watch Ultra was fully covered under the plan, and the experience was smooth and hassle-free. Knowing that my purchase was protected without the extra cost of insurance gave me real peace of mind. Signed up for this when I bought a new computer which was not on sale at the time. Don’t usually buy add-ons like this but the salesman said if the price of the computer dropped within 60 days, this membership would give me the sale price. Sure enough the next month this model went on sale and I saved $300.

Great service I had computer issues from a different company and got help from other sources with no help geek squad helped with a problem I had for months worth every penny.

This saves me money on purchases I make at Best Buy. I recently took my desktop computer in for a minor problem. It was fixed in a couple of days and the problem resolved.

Saved my laptop from being a piece of scrap that needed to be replaced. They covered a faulty power input and battery and rescued my computer. I even was able to get a replacement computer while it was getting repaired and received all of my money back when I returned it.

My experience with Best Buy Total Membership has been excellent. I love it because it gives me consistent deals on products along with a free warranty for bought products. Totally worth the value

I was prompted for this review in my Best Buy profile, where it also mentioned the review counts as a sweepstakes entry (for a relatively modest prize). Regardless, my rating for the Best Buy Total membership is 5 stars. I've worked in electronics for years, and know how to repair things. But consumer electronics are not amenable to repair (i.e. parts are hard to source, and disassembly & reassembly are often very time consuming, and not always intended for repair). While I disliked purchasing warranties for many years, in many cases it has simply become necessary today. Honestly, for the price, you'll have to decide your annual electronics purchase amount, in dollars per year, spread over two years, and determine is the warranty is worthwhile. A single TV or laptop purchase might justify the warranty. I wish it would carry into a third year (I think most devices only are covered for two years?) On the other hand, it extends the return window. I've only made two Best Buy warranty claims in 12 years (preceding the offering of this warranty program), but Best Buy mades it very easy to obtain a replacement for those two issues. If you're planning to purchase at least one 'big-ticket' item, consider it. Two big-ticket items, it starts becoming a really good idea.
