It’s a real value. I’m totally clueless of how to do anything technical with computer. I’ve since been back for another issue. The second tech that helped was the best so far! Only complaint is not being able to talk directly to someone in my local store.

Best Buy delivered and installed our Samsung 65” TV. They wired all components and sound bar. They explained the controls and other features. So worth having the install and set up done professionally. Thanks Best Buy!

I definitely feel like this membership is worth it, with the amount of money we have saved in just a couple of months I have made my money back from the membership

So far it was only worth it for buying a big screen TV and having it mounted, everything else that inudes repairs has been terrible. They haven't fixed anything yet, and that includes items I purchased at best buy within 2 years. The TV has a warped screen and clouding, it took. Months of calls to the store, 1.800 numbers who then said they don't fix tvs, same thing with headphones or computers. So far, it has not been worth it for anything besides install of TV. By the way, they wouldn't even install ring floodlights. Only the TV.

I bought this membership when I got my laptop. I then bought a washer and dryer later. While installing it, they did services for me that would of cost me extra if I had not had this membership . I have saved so much money and I always get great service.

I had these guys come out to mount my 65inch tv onto my living room wall recently. They called promptly before showing up, and when they did, the were professional and friendly. I watched as they took measurements and set out to do their work. They were courteous enough to ask and make sure I was satisfied with the positioning of the tv bracket before they actually secured it to the wall. They demonstrated the Strength of the bracket before mounting the tv on it. …and they were done and completed with the project in about 35 minutes total. EXTREMELY happy with the results!

I was a little concerned about this program until I had to use it to repair my dryer. The tech came out and researched the issue and found what he thought was the problem. He didn’t stop there he said he was going back to g to he shop and look up the drawings on the dryer. He called me back and asked if he could come back and examine the dryer agin because he felt he missed something. I told him yes and when he arrived he told me that the manufacturer drawings showed area that he didn’t see the first time when he was at my house. He found another sensor that was concealed behind another part and this was the problem. He replaced it and the dryer is running fine now. The tech said he had the part in his tool box and because he missed the first time it was no charge. So I recommend this program. My brother is now exploring getting the service.

We only used it once and it paid for itself!!! I did not have to leave the house out in the cold!! Best Purchase I could make for my items I buy from best buy!! Thank again Scott.

I like how you can get a computer tune-up at home on-line. I like that delivery and set-up of many items is free. I like the free anti-virus offer, although I don't use it as I have free anti-virus through Spectrum. My only real complaint is the wait time on-line to do real time chat with associates.

I've used the geek squad three times since I bought my laptop. Two were excellent value One was better than average.

I'm glad I had the total Tech membership when I purchased and Asus computer there last year and also being able to use it on my purchase this year for the LG TV. Service is great with the total text and The Geek Squad.

This membership is good for people needing help with equipment or things installed for a good price. They have changed the membership "rules" since I made my purchase, so I'm still trying to figure out how that changes what I actually purchased...

Love the idea of getting this when making large purchases and protection at the same time. But having to pay every year is something to think about.

We have been very pleased with our several Geek Squad encounters, at home and in-store. Techs have excellent knowledge and have solved our issues, as well as giving us suggestions and never making us feel rushed. We appreciate their expertise!

warranty is nice, but shouldn't be considered as it ends the moment your membership ends. The actual benefit that I used was the steep discounts on remote starters/installations, and the ability to purchase some high-demand items.

The tech membership has been an excellent experience. Had a number of electronic and appliance issues to address so the membership was well worth the price. But the most valuable part of the membership was the great customer service. Thank you.

Having just experienced a problem with former "protection" plan, it took some convincing before I join this membership. But it has proved its worth several times for me, a relative novice in the computer age. So thanks for this program
