This membership truly is a great value. I have used the Geek Squad option many times and they always treat me with kindness and don't treat me like I am stupid. I have praised this membership to many people who like me are not tech savvy

I was bailed out by the geeks when I could not get into any of my apps. I made an appointment and they reinstalled my drivers on my HP Pailin in a very short time while I was there. Worth the annual membership and covers all your devices.

If you are going to do business with Best Buy I highly recommend Totaltech. I bought a new TV from BB and the Totaltech membership saved me the cost of installation by the Geek Squad so it more than paid for itself. I'm all in for Totaltech.

The membership is well worth it if for anything the 2 year protection plan on items purchased at Best Buy pays for itself and you get all the other benefits of Geek Squad, in store and tech support remotely from the comfort of your home.

We have used our plan to have multiple pieces of equipment installed in our cars from stereos, speakers, remote start systems etc. We have also used it for repairs on appliances. We have saved way more than the $200 the plan cost.

I like the Geek Squad support, but was a little disappointed that each problem must be worked piece meal within a 20 minute time frame. I'm trying to adjust my thinking so that more complex issues can get addressed.

My PC works fine and when I had a problem they fixed for me. So far so good

I'm happy to have the unlimited Geek Squad support. We have four adopted teenagers, an adult daughter and her toddler living at home. That's a lot of devices that we need supported.

When I purchased it last year I immediately regretted it. But when they changed the membership to Totaltech, I fell in love with my purchase. It gives me peace of mind about my purchases at Bestbuy. You also get services free.

Excellent service and was helpful when getting my computer repaired. Since then, I've used it several times for discounts, free delivery, member-only sales. We will see what the future holds if I decide to renew but so far, so good.

I hate not knowing how to clean/update or fix my computer - twice a year I do a quick drop off, they do everything I and explain what my next steps are - best ever service and it covers everything - so worth it.

The people who help put my new TV on the wall were great and when I purchased a new I pad the tech help that worked with me twice to get it all set up for me to use was great and easy to work with since I am a non tech person !!

Had really good service from the Geek Squad tech who installed my new TV. He went the extra mile to remove an old dish antenna from my roof and hook up a new antenna. Also installed the Amazon recording device. Thanks Eddie!!
