Thanks the membership anytime ive had an issue with my electronics i know can get it professionally serviced at geek squad or get assistance from the knowledgeable best buy staff

I use the website a lot to make my payment and every time I go into the store if I do 40 in the Oklahoma City area, everyone is always nice and helpful, which makes my experience very comfortable and happy

Best Buy is always my go-to store for electronics. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient when answering questions. The store is well organized, and it’s easy to find what you need. I was a bit hesitant about buying i to this program, as most of these programs are junk. Best Buy total is not junk. I have definitely got my money's worth every year. Love the stellar protection it offers and the extra goodies and sales that go with it.

This membership has saved me a lot time and money over the past few months. It was originally recommended to me by Geek Squad a few months back when i needed a laptop repair, and when the motherboard came back shot, it covered the cost of the attempted repairs, and the data transfer to my new laptop. The price matching has also been a big help, and i've saved money with that part of the service, on top of the savings i get on products just for being a member. Furthermore, the 24 month protections it provides on all of my Best Buy products gives me an extra layer of Security that my various products will be safe and sound! Overall I am very heppy with the membership and it has provided me a great amount of value for the time i've had it

I was on the fence about the $179.99 annual fee, but after just a few months, this membership has already paid for itself twice over. If you buy more than one or two "big-ticket" items a year, it’s a total no-brainer.

Geek Squad assisted me when I called the wrong telephone# for Geek Squad after an internet search. The people I called inpersonated Geek Squad. I reached out to rhe real Geek Squad and they searched my devices and uploaded software to help any future breeches. As an elderly person I know we are targeted by scammers. I feel safe due to what Geek Squad implemented on my devices.

This membership was one of the best decisions I have made. Any device I have issues with I just take it in and they explain what is wrong, fix it and if anything needs replaced they call and tell me and I say yeah or nay. I love it. The staff is always so nice, they never make me feel like I am clueless which I am when it comes to all the new technology!

I took my computer in because I had a bunch of viruses. They seen me immediately set up a date for me to have my computer fixed. Went back on that date and my computer is ready to go in front of better than ever.

We bought several items this year new tv, new soundbar, geek squad installation, Jbl portable speaker. I liked that we got free extended warranty’s on all items. We also like the longer return policy.

I’m really not talking about my membership, but about Best Buy’s customer service. I walked into my house to find my husband on the phone with hackers taking over my computer. I had him end the session (!), and immediately contacted my banks, and headed to Best Buy. I was near tears, and emotional. The young lady that created me at the door was wonderful. She took care of helping me to secure my pc that I had brought, scrubbed my iPads, and helped me to purchase a new All-in-one to replace my old outdated pc. Her care and concern was so terrific!!! So thankful to her (Julea), and Best Buy!

The gentleman that sold this pkg to me was amazing! Very informative and easily explained stuff to me. Best Buy or Microsoft however should be offering this service for free after spending the type of money I spent for the product. A 2 or 3 yr warranty would be nothing for either of these companies.

A must have if you have kids or are constantly buying tech. I’ve saved more than I’ve spent on this with the free warranty on items and taking my tech for repairs or updates.

Absolutely love being a total member. Product protection is great and no questions asked when returning a product. All you have to do is explain the problem with the product and they take care of everything.
