Good value for the service provided; long wait time for an appointment

The Tech Team that set up our televisions and sound system were fabulous! Smart, friendly, professional, patient and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about these two!

Great value. Good service but i hate to see how the geek squad workers are so overworked. Best Buy should help them out with hiring more staff.

The Geek squad is great! I go my computer back in one day! They also gave me tips on how I could use other key strokes . Great purchase!

Both BestBuy and LG did an amazing job! Both were in constant conversation with me (and each other) about how they could best take care of my washer, and scheduled a date for service very quickly. Overall, a great experience.

They showed up early and wasted no time getting straight to work. They wall mounted my samsung frame centered perfectly and flush. Made sure everything worked cleaned up and bounced it took little less than an hour loved it

The techs arrived on time an prepared, unboxed my tv and sound system. Wall hung the 85 incher, connected the two, setup it all up and tested it. Cannot say enough about their professionalism and thoroughness and knowledge.

This replaces my Geek Squad subscription; its still gives me the same confident feeling that should anything goes awry with any of my tech devices, I can depend on the personnel of Totaltech team.

I have enjoyed having this protection. I was granted early access to black friday prices a month early, i got my computer fixed and grants automatic 2 yr protection to my products as well as extends my return window.

The membership is well worth it. Rivergate Tn Best Buy total tech employees have been amazing. Always quick to respond with any pc problems I have had. Installation have been exceptional and quick. Get the membership.

Unlimited tech is the best. There is always a question I have or something I can’t figure out with my laptop or printer. They come to my home which is super convenient to fix the problem or make the repair.

I have really enjoyed the one stop shop offorded by the Total Tech support. However I was very sad recently when I had an Issue and spent an entire afternoon first trying to talk to someone who knew any thing and that waiting on line trying to fine a person to fix my problem. I finally gave up and hung up with nothing fixed! TERIBLE SERVICE!

This membership is a bargain. I have used this membership for years. Whatever problem that I have, the Greek Squad has been able to fix the problems that I have had. I highly recommend that you use their services.

I do love this membership. Upon buying all new appliances for our house it came in handy for installation and take away of our old ones.
