I'm so glad I have this program. It has been really helpful. The Geeks are good at making things understandable & are very patient. It's also great just to know they're there if I need them.

I am typically skeptical of memberships, extended warranties, etc. but this tech membership is great. Has already paid for itself. If you are not IT savvy, get it. And Andrew with the Geek Squad is beyond 5 stars.

Alex Sainz was extremely helpful and easy to understand. He helped me connect my account to my printer and answered many other little questions. Alex was very patient and knowledgeable, and quite an asset to Best Buy.

convenient service for maintaining laptops. chat is not always super helpful. hit and miss depending on agent.

I have certainly got my money's worth from Total Tech this year. They have assisted me at Best Buy, by chat, by phone and in person, always with efficiency and courtesy.

I love the total tech. I have a daughter in college who was having problems with her laptop. She was able to chat with a tech and get her problem resolved. Provides peace of mind knowing we have help with our tech.

TotalTech is definitely worth the yearly membership. If you need help with anything this membership covers it almost entirely and if it doesn’t they go above and beyond to still help.

Total tech supports always helps out when the laptop stops working or you need a tv wall mount installed.

Very smart to sign up and the price is reasonable for a year based on everything that it includes. Was surprised, and happy, when I learned I can use with my Washer/Dryer purchased. Nice!

You always get more than you pay for. The techs are well trained, friendly and always have you, the customer, in mind. I really value everything that they have done for me.

geek squad techies have been most helpful with laptop issues that arise. saves money over per service costs, so buying one year contract is money saver.

All benefits available are terrific…just wish I could contact a PERSON to request services and ask question about eligibility.
