I had no idea how great this membership is until I needed it. I use my computer for my internet business and can't work without it. I had my C: ssd drive fail. Two of my friends who are IT professionals said they could replace the drive but told me there was no way to get an image of the drive that would save me hours of work. I would need to start all over again. I took it to Best Buy and they thought at first it might not be possible to get an image, but one of their techs said he'd try an idea he was working on to capture drive images. They were able to image the drive and fixed my computer! This saved my business. If you don't have a membership GET ONE. You'll be happy you did.

Was well worth the money to have two computers checked out. Got rid of the virus on my all in one computer. I didn’t know it would take me three trips to Best But to get it all done, but well worth it.

This was a real bargain, seeing that I am not real tech savvy. The folks at the Geek Squad took time to explain everything. I am sure I will keep my membership up.

I had to have my computer cleaned of threats. It was all done on line. No need for a phone call even. The process was quick and easy. I bought the membership as added insurance against any future problems. well spent money for the peace of mind and added discounts and benefits that are all part of the membership. Worth more than a five star rating!

As a senior citizen I find it is worth have the Geek Squad available for help. I do find it difficult to understand some reps you do not speak clear English which is difficult with hearing aids.

It has honestly paid for itself time and time again. Got it when I got my monitors and soon after my computer (that I didn't buy from BestBuy) needed repairs and service. I was able to bring in the parts, they worked on it, and I got my computer back within a few days. Will always recommend BestBuy Total to my streaming friends.

Brought an old laptop in for repair and found out about this program. Was cheaper than the repair would have been, by itself, and now I don't have to worry abut purchasing extended warranties on other Best Buy purchases.

The membership program is awesome, unlimited geek squad help and also it’s a piece of mind to have when you buy things. It takes the pressure off of you, and it is the to help you as well.

If you are not super knowledgeable about technology nor wanting to learn, this is probably the best thing you could get. Comes with unlimited visits to geek squad and it doesn’t cost you extra unless you need a part. They are very knowledgeable and you can go to any Best Buy location with it. If one geek squad is busy, you can just schedule an appointment at another Best Buy. Great service!

I use the geek squad store consutations for computer problems very often and would recommend this plan to all the other people who I see there, who do not have it. It is such a valuable benefit and that is just one benefit. Having extra time for returns, fast free shipping, and special offers also come with this. Discounts on several services like TV mounting and repairs makes this an exceptional value.

Its always helping to have coverage when something goes wrong and you need assistance with bestbuy. You never can predict electronics and when something can fail.

I can't say enough good things about our Best Buy Total membership. My husband has used this service several times with brokwn phones and it has been so easy and painless. Having this is a great comfort to our family, simply because you mever know when you are going to need it, and when we need it, it's been great. The Geek Squad is amazing too.

I have used the Geek Squad twice now. the first time was excellent, very knowledgeable tech helper quickly fixed a problem. The second time? Not so good. I spent 4 hours on one day and 2.5 more hours on the second day. On the second issue, that day's initial tech helper could not figure out the problem or ways to solve it. I was left waiting on the phone the whole time. Then, when I gave up and called again on a second day. When you call Geek Squad's number at you local store, you are immediately flipped over to a techie in a Hispanic-speaking country (Panama, Corsa Rica) with quite a bit of different English skills. Crapshoot, until you get one one you can communicate with easily.

The membership is a great value. I can take my computer in for check ups anytime without cost. I appreciate the great service and support given. Plus I like the variety of products available. Staff have never steered me wrong. I told a friend about it and they signed up for a membership.

I find this option very rewarding! With it in place, I could obtain additional unexpected repairs within timne frameat no out of pocket cost to me. An option, I recommend to everyone.

This membership is a great value. I bought it a ocuple of weeks ago and already have had reason to use it on an old laptop that I wanted to gift it away. But now I don't have to. Great peace of mind.

I Purchased a Dell computer at Best Buy with the features I sought at a very reasonable price. In my past purchases of new computers, the migration of data from my old to new computer was difficult and very time consuming. Best Buy Geek Squad Membership enables me to transfer Data from my prior desk top and laptops to my new computer. To have this done quickly and professionally is for me more than worth the cost of Geek Squad membership. I anticipate that I will also utilize other services provided by this membership adding to the value of the Geek Squad membership.

The BB Total membership is a great service particularly if your buying a laptop. Within 16 days of ownership, they have done a data transfer & 3 software installs which means I MORE than recovered the cost of this service. Some of these software installs are not user friendly...they take the trepidation out of those actions.
