This membership has great value. I utilized the service for all my gaming PC needs, which cost me nothing with this membership.

TH This plan makes sense if you have a new computer because it reduces common expenses, such as labor fees, internet security suite, and free unlimited virus spyware removal. Definitely recommend to friends but also advise them not to renew. It is not worth renewing because you really exhaust the services within the first year.

I purchased Totaltech as a safeguard against being left unable to work due to tech issues over my head that are guaranteed to arise when one WFH as a remote independent contractor. Totaltech's product and services discount can be beneficial. Access to tech support via chat can be valuable. Sadly, there can be a significant deficiency in the plan if a product, such as a PC, needs to be sent to the manufacturer for repair under it's warranty, Totaltech offers no assistance regarding usage of another PC while yours is being serviced/evaluated, nor is there a buy back for your damaged PC (if needed). You would be left without the product (PC) until it is returned by manufacturer. Which would leave you unable to work, (unacceptable as an independent contractor). I expected BestBuy to offer a faster, more useful option in such a case. Just an FYI. I would recommend Totaltech to a friend, if they are significantly tech challenged. There is no swap for a replacement product if one fails under its mfg warranty. It can be a costly risk that may not benefit you as needed.

This is the third car I've added a dash cam to over the last 2 years, and the same tech installed every one perfectly, professionally, and as you can see, I would never go anywhere else than Best Buy!

The Total Tech team is looking. they are so great i treated them to lunch and someone took ate it out of the lunchroom. It is great they know me by name when i walk in.

Membership prices are totally reasonable for what you get. If you have trouble with computers, etc. they are the best in fixing your problems and instructing you with great idea.

Geek squad is great. They have done many installations for us and serviced my husband's laptops. They are always very helpful and friendly when we ask for help. We have recommended them to our friends.
