This membership is a great value. I bought it a ocuple of weeks ago and already have had reason to use it on an old laptop that I wanted to gift it away. But now I don't have to. Great peace of mind.

I purchased the membership when I brought my laptop in when I was having a problem with it. Fortunately, I have not had to use this membership for any further problem since. However, I do like the peace of mind knowing that I will have ready access to knowledgeable people if/when I do.

I had an amazing experience at Best Buy! The employee working in the radio install garage went above and beyond. Even though the store was short-staffed on the floor, they stepped in and helped me find and purchase the perfect radio. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Truly outstanding customer servic. Thank you for going the extra mile!

pricey for the benefits you get... i like the added protection but almost $200 a year is a lot if you dont use the membership benefits like geek squad (they charge a lot for replacement parts)

If you buy things from BestBuy often, this membership is a great deal. Access to warranties and support for one annual payment is convenient. As someone who prefers to see things before buying them, rather than dealing with deliveries/returns, it is nice to be able to take things back to the store to get help or replacements.

It’s a real deal. If you shop at Best Buy then I think that this is a must have, if you had the membership when you purchased an item and then that items price goes down you can price match it which means you get some money back. You can also return for a longer period after you buy and item. I think that if you shop at Best Buy once in a while or a lot it is a must have and will save you a lot of money. Overall it is a great thing to have.

Always useful to have this membership. Whenever I purchase anything it always comes with warranty and protection. When my PC was having problems took it to Geek Squad and they were able to fix my computer with no issues. Overall highly recommend if you buy a lot of electronics cause the membership pays for itself.

I needed help with my computer and decided the membership was the best way to go, My computer is a few years old, so my have other issue. Great to know I can get help when I need it

I love the service and the deals available as a total member, however, I don’t get a chance to use them enough! They come across with so many deals and service capabilities, that I am not able to take advantage of it. I’d like to. Worth the money, however. Especially if you’re going to have a new TV mounted and wired.

I absolutely love this membership. The Geek Squad for my Apple Watches up and running again. One had be locked for about a year and the newer Apple Watch 8 had not been activate for over two years. Verizon could not activate it either. After I bought 2 new laptops and purchased the membership and found out all the benefits, I have been totally utilizing it.

I just renewed my membership recently and plan to continue. It’s not a bad price when you take into consideration all of the benefits you get from a membership.

I have been a member for a few years now and it really has been a blessing. I even had coverage for the appliances I purchased from Best Buy. Worth the money.

I recently purchased the Total Membership and I could not be happier! Doesn’t matter if I walk into the store or I call the geek squad by phone; they are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I recently made a phone call for assistance on my laptop that was recently repaired and the associate not only fixed my laptop and showed me how to find my documents, but she also assisted me with getting my copier to work correctly. I thought I needed a new copier/scanner/printer, but I had not installed it correctly. That’s all it was!!! I think Best Buy has some great people working for them and I’m glad that I purchased my Total Membership. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can get help when needed!!

This membership is a great help when it it comes to repairing or getting your computer fixed Boodoo from the Geek Squad in Eatontown, Nj explained all the advantages and perks and it saved me a ton of money. Thank you

This membership is worth the yearly price. Decent member discounts on new and open box merchandise. Covers all of your electronics and game systems, TV'S and anything else you get at Best Buy. Also free Geek Squad for your computers! I've been a member for 5 years now.

I feel the Best Buy Total membership is a great value and help for people like me who are not tech savvy. I have taken advantage of Geek Squad more than once both in store and online. Thank you for offering this service!!!

When i 1st got it i was confused not going to lie and just accepted it when i was at the store and almost thought i was getting scammed later that night due to accidentally buying it without full understanding of what i purchased Little did i expect to see the even higher cost for my computer i dropped off at geek squad costed doubled of what i just paid for a member being entirely reduced to a wonderful 0.

Thanks the membership anytime ive had an issue with my electronics i know can get it professionally serviced at geek squad or get assistance from the knowledgeable best buy staff

A membership as warranties is great to ensure your product's lifeline. So far i didn't need it so far, but it's always a good investment, you never know what could happen and best buy's warranties have solved some issues in the past when i needed. UPDATE: Sadly nowadays the attendant didn't offer me the membership because it's not offered anymore. Such i shame when i didn't keep it. It was awesome to add new buys on it.

My Best Buy Total membership has been completely worth it. The extended protection, tech support, and member-exclusive pricing have saved me both time and money. I love the convenience of having help available whenever I need it, and the peace of mind alone makes the membership valuable.
