Peace of mine with the warranty. Having Geek Squad coverage is worth the coverage I had to use it in the past and it saved me money having the protection plan

I'm somewhat computer illiterate so this is fantastic for me. My first contact was for a data transfer from old PC to new Lenovo Yoga. Upon pickup I worked w Becca in Billings MT store and she is an absolute rockstar. I plan to visit again at the end of January and when I return in Feb.

I have had this membership for several years and it has saved me considerably. Financial and physical (headaches). I was disappointed when they left St.Joseph but I have had no trouble contacting by phone for tech support. Shipping free is a perk but the Geek Squad is outstanding.Can't imagine how much I've saved in time and money by being able to call or text for free support. Thank you for easy to understand technicians!

The Geek Squad were very patient with me. I brought in 2 laptops to check for viruses and installed an antivirus in both. They explained what I they were doing and the benefits of the antivirus protection. they only had to keep the laptops for a couple days.

Membership is well worth it if you frequently buy electronics fro Best Buy. The warrantee is great. Some things I buy from here since I have the warrantee across so many products…all the Apple products for a family of 4!

I recently had a problem with my membership expiring because my 92 year old mother passed away. I just didn’t remember to renew due to my emotional status. Once I recognized the expiration I quickly renewed my membership and asked to resume my membership privileges. I have always been a member along with a good customer. I have purchased every piece of electronic from Best Buy and is happy to continue our relationship in this very sad time for my family.

I purchase the Total Membership annually based on great discounts as a member, the extended return policy and the confidence knowing that if a problem arises I can reach out to Best Buy to get it taken care of.

I am more comfortable about taking in my laptop or Android, even for little hic-ups that I can't fix, since I have BestBuy membership. The men and women of the Geek Squad are more than helpful and kind about my lack of even basic technology skills.

This was totally worth the price. My mom got multiple viruses on her brand new computer, but with this year-long membership, Best Buy cleaned up the computer and I was also able to get data transferred from 2 older computers, all for the same price

It’s totally saved our behinds a couple of times with their 2 year warranty and free geek squad appointments truly recommend if you don’t know much about pcs

I like having an automatic two year warranty on my purchases. One unexpected benefit is the member picks. I look forward to seeing the new ones each month.

I never looked into a Best Buy membership before this year. I purchased a new computer and after I examined all the benefits this membership would afford me, I couldn't believe I didn't subscribe sooner. I feel a lot more inclined to try new tasks with my computer because I have the Best Buy Team behind me to support and correct my problems. Just great!

Fantastic membership package, price, benefits. Made multiple electronics purchases and was adding individual plans for each but received thorough explanation of Total membership from very helpful (and patient) customer sales rep. Made much more sense for overall ease and cost effectiveness. Great service amidst the holiday rush!

I was thoroughly disappointed that Best Buy canceled my credit card for lack of use during COVID & not using immediately after COVID. I learned by going into the store, however, I still purchase best buy products & the total membership gives me the coverage I need. They asked if I wanted to get the credit card back & I stated "No thank you" but the Total Membership is working for what I need.

The membership has been a great benefit for me as I am not very techie. In the long run, I haven't had to use it much, but when I have needed it, it has been a life saver and has also saved me some money. It's great to have the backup of pros and to be able to ask questions and get help. For me it has definitely been worth the cost of the membership

This membership is so very valuable to my husband as me because we are elderly and don’t know all the technology. They keep me on track. I make an appointment and am given all the time needed to solve my problems.

I need to give an excellent star rating for a recent experience. I had an Epson 15000 All-In-One that malfunctioned. The one-year warranty expired around five months ago. To my surprise, I had a two-year warranty with my Geek Squad Protection Plan. I was given two choices: take a store credit and look for a replacement, or exchange for the same machine. I chose the latter. I am very satisfied with this service.
