All the perks are really nice too, from added protection to member benefits that actually feel useful. It makes the whole Best Buy experience smoother and more enjoyable in my opinion!

Look, if you’re the kind of person who treats their electronics better than some people treat their pets, this membership is a no-brainer. Having everything covered under a protection plan brings me more peace of mind than yoga and chamomile tea. It’s way better to have protection and not need it than to have a nervous breakdown over a cracked screen or faulty components with no safety net. You probably already treat them better than your children anyway. At least this way you can give these back and get a new one when they s@$# the bed. Try that with a child and see how that works out for you. Go ahead. I'll wait. And let’s be real for a second: if you proudly call yourself a gadget geek but can’t swing less than $200 a year to protect your precious babies, then my friend.... It might be time to pick up a new hobby, like knitting or competitive couponing. Totaltech isn’t just a membership, it’s a way of life. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there is always room to improve. Like giving total tech members higher priority as well as notifications and queue updates to pre order high demand items like the Nintendo Switch 2. Looking at you Best Buy.

I just recently had an issue with our Smart Wash Machine which was fully covered by our plan and didn't cost me anythingbout of pocket for parta or repairs

My first experience with the Geek Squad was positive, and I very much like the HP OmniDesk Desktop. The smaller key pad fits better on my desk. It was easy to connect my existing monitor, mouse and speakers to the new tower. I am pleased with the new computer.

Have used my total membership to maintain my t.v. and audio components and clean mu laptop every year. Only issue was renewing my membership card keeps getting denied???.

Membership is pricey but worth it. Geek squad answers all my questions, big or small, thats appreciated. Sales representative was knowledgeable about the membership but not the credit card. Overall I would recommend this store, staff and credit card to my friends and family.

The membership immediately saved me a ton of money, as what I was coming in yo get help with was something covered by the membership. So, I got the service for free and can use the membership to help with all the rest of my tech problems for the rest of the year!

The best buy membership is a great value for customers looking to buy major appliances and new electronics (like TVs, computers, mobile phones). Its definitely worth all the perks and savings if you are buying more than two to three items over the course of the annual membership.

Never a worry when anything needs service! Recently needed repairs to my laptop, and the service was spot on! They emailed progress and it was done in the time frame promised. They backed up all my work so I had no issues. Saved hundreds!!! 10 star experience!!

Have not had any trouble getting help when I needed it and they transferred my old computer to new computer with no problems. Had this service for years.

Every time we needed help with a problem Best Buy was there to help. Each time it only took a short while and the problem was resolved. Very good service.

Over all, I can recommend a laptop from ASUS specially with a snapdragon as it's processor. More so with Best Buy membership getting extended warranty on all products purchased. Thank you for the services too.

I do think is a good membership. Think about it, for just about $200 A YEAR which is $16.67 a month you can have your your computer, and or Laptop fixed for free. MOSTLEY, now depending on what's wrong with it you might have to buy a part but you also get a TON of discounts so I think its worth it. Again everyone has there own opinions though.

Usually this is a no brainer to purchase. On my new iPhone and my I in oz car charger should have had 2 year warranty. It did not.. that was a surprise. My list of items on warranty did not show up at store 14 months after purchasing it.

I love that all my new purchases are covered by a great warranty. Always have the geek squad come out and install any new products. No worries or hassle!
