realy have ued this a lot. This year we got a laptop, smart TV & sound bar. Having them come to the house & set everything up was great

Brian was over the top wonderful and fixed every issue I asked him to and a bunch he found, but. ...( how I dont wa t this to affect him ), thevery first time I logged on since, my printer wont work, plusI cannot retrieve all my mail. I was going to contact Best Buy monday because I'm super busy, but since you asked I need addirional help

Membership covers all electronics as you purchase them under one umbrella. Had coversion of old lap top and cell phone to new and the techs did a great job.
