My laptop somehow caught a McAfee virus. The Best Buy Geek Squad removed it and now I can use my laptop without all the virus windows filling my screen.

Great deal. I was traveling out to the west coast and needed to bring in my laptop. The Geek Squad fixed it within an hour. Always so polite and knowledgeable. From the east coast to the west coast . I always know where I can go. Thanks for being so helpful.

This is a good deal if you are a Best Buy customer and buy all your appliances and electronics. I have it for a few year, the only downside is that they don’t include, home installation or services, like they use to. Keep in mind if you buy 70”+ inches tv or other equipment you must bring it to the store. In the past they pick up and give you home service

Getting this membership for three years is by far the best value that I have ever spent for three years between using the geek squad and the warranties that I get with each purchase definitely makes the expense worth it

I love having my membership it helps when you don’t have to have money upfront to take care of something usually covered by the policies of membership Anytime I’ve had a problem and had to use geek squad. It’s costing me nothing to have them look at it my laptop I have a plastic shield for my phone. It has a lifetime guarantee, and whenever I’ve gone in there to get a new one, it’s never been a problem.

I just bought an I Pone, after using my android for. Many years. I need all the help I can get to use this with the ease I used my other one. They are so different, I have many questions. I received great service on my PC with a geek squad. luckily they found no viruses or malware on my computer. Best of all I can transfer my membership if I buy a new computer.

So glad I had it after having back to back computer issues. They were apparently quick fixes. I am having some problems again, as a MDiv student I am on my laptop all the time, so I am not surprised. It however does feel like some of the staff are not as capable as others, so my hope is that their team will do some skills training, or pass around projects based on skill ability.

Geek squad provided in setup of our laptop. All requests were fully met. The Geek Squad tech was very proficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. In short, we were very happy with his help!

I came in looking for help with my son‘s PC. Akeem technician was the person that helped me. Not only did he do an amazing job explaining and fixing the PC. He had fantastic Customer Service he brought it out to my car for me as I have been injured at work. He is an amazing technician and associate you guys are lucky to have him.
