Membership is very much worthwhile. I have used it in helping determine what is needed to cut cable ties. Very low cost in installation of new TV, laptop, wifi,and modems.

Total Tech support has helped tremendously. Any time there is a concern, I can contact Best Buy and my favorite tech support helper efficiently takes care of the problem.

This membership is a great value and peace of mind when needs arrived. I've used it multiple times for TV mounting and camera installations and their service is great.

I have to say I was reluctant to get this becaus I do all the technical work in my home as I've been in the IT field for some 20 years. But when we remodeled our kitchen and got 3 new appliances it was cheaper to pay for the total tech support for a year than the installation of the appliances by themselves. I then used the support for a remount of my 75 inch TV and they did a perfect and professional job. I was very satisfied as I was able to work while they were doing the dismount and remount of the TV. They even suggested a better mount based on their understanding of my end goal and reason for mounting.

Great value on Best Buy items and services...lowers overall customer costs...makes available competent ,dependable reps to consult on and service items on timely basis

It is nice to be able to call or go in when I have a problem and know that i have someone who will have knowledge and fix the problem without being taken advantage of.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on my purchases.

I like that installs for appliances are less. However, I am still not sure about Geek Squad communication. Or the program does not explain it well. We did have excellent help and communication installing 65” TV but this was after a miscommunication in the first place when delivered. Very bad communication and where it generated not sure
