I came in looking for help with my son‘s PC. Akeem technician was the person that helped me. Not only did he do an amazing job explaining and fixing the PC. He had fantastic Customer Service he brought it out to my car for me as I have been injured at work. He is an amazing technician and associate you guys are lucky to have him.

I am very plaesed with our purchase of the Total membership. We were able to get a dicounted price on our HP laptop, get data from our old laptop transferred, set up Windows 11, and set us up on a Microsoft Office account. No muss - no fuss. The guys at Geek Squad were great.

Been great! Multiple laptop problems fixed and my electronic and computer items have 2 year warrantees. Found some great prices on electronic gear. Got a Best Buy brand Apple Pencil for a lot cheaper than the manufacturer brand and it works great, easier charging, and simple on/off.

My Best Buy Total membership is well worth it. I am an older worker who must still deal with software/OS changes on my computers and iPhone and every time I have had a problem, the Geek Squad has helped me out. I so appreciate them and the fact that they are Apple Certified.

Signed up after having a problem with my new laptop dropping Wi-Fi. Everything was checked, updated, and tested in store. Although the issue did not reoccur in store it presented again a day later at home. Since I signed for a year contract I will be returning, possibly to have a new network card installed as the existing card must be defective.

Best thing BBUY came up with. My son bought his own products moving out applied for BBUY card told him make sure you get total card, best money u will ever spend. I personally have saved thousands over the whole time for the past 5 years now. I currently have $1300 in savings this year. Had to use Geek Squad for hard drive replacement made appt part was in quick service all because I had total package. Best money ever spent for the convenience.

I have rural internet and this HP computer works very well with Cookson Hills internet. The camera features are very easy to use. I use it in my bedroom in a small closet. My daughter set it up for me as I am 80 years old and do not undertstand all its abilities. She says its far more than I will ever use. However, I do like its easy. She made short cuts for my easy to use. So far I really like just for my own personal. I am learning to do projects I have not done before. I like to review some work on line. So far nothing I dislike. Sales person Matt in Tulsa OK on 44th was the most helpful of people I talked with. Kudos.

This is a great membership if you’re a frequent shopper at Best Buy or if you are an apple product user. Free AppleCare for any Apple devices that you buy in store is a big win.

Great membership to have. I just purchased a tv and there was no need to buy a insurance plan because the membership already covered the tv and along with all the other items that I just recently purchased.

This product I bought with it is perfect for me - first there is no glare from any type of background lighting; the color in all venues is excellent; the detail is unbelievable; it really is a perfect fit for out entertainment area and no one has complained of visual problems - easy to use. Just what my retirement ordered. The membership added to the long term use of my great product and gives me some advantage in terms of interst, etc.

I received a detailed explanation I could understand. I went somewhere else and received no explanation as to what could be the problem or how to fix it myself. While comeing here I learn how to fix and prevent this int the future.

My BestBuy Total Membership is very important to me. I am not very tech savvy. I appreciate being able to set up appointments for the help I have needed. Every Geek Squad Technician has been knowledgeable and excellent at fixing problems with different instruments I own. They also are personable and respectful.

I like the membership to Best Buy Total because it is automatic coverage on anything that purchase in the store. And besides this feature, it allows me to have some Geek Squad services included too, thus allowing me to save on their labor when I had computer assembly work done. The package has saved me money over the years.
