Great membership to have. I just purchased a tv and there was no need to buy a insurance plan because the membership already covered the tv and along with all the other items that I just recently purchased.

I received a detailed explanation I could understand. I went somewhere else and received no explanation as to what could be the problem or how to fix it myself. While comeing here I learn how to fix and prevent this int the future.

My BestBuy Total Membership is very important to me. I am not very tech savvy. I appreciate being able to set up appointments for the help I have needed. Every Geek Squad Technician has been knowledgeable and excellent at fixing problems with different instruments I own. They also are personable and respectful.

We buy exclusively at Best Buy because of Total Membership. Essentially extends warranties and gives freedom in exchanges. From TVs to Coffee Makers

I like the membership to Best Buy Total because it is automatic coverage on anything that purchase in the store. And besides this feature, it allows me to have some Geek Squad services included too, thus allowing me to save on their labor when I had computer assembly work done. The package has saved me money over the years.

We have made a number of purchases from Best Buy and thought this would be a good time to have the benefits offered to "Best Buy Total" members. Since signing up, we have used the "Price Match" program to save quite a bit of money and the 24 months of extended warranty coverage provides peace of mind.

The price was worth it for what all it covers. We have just had it for about a month now and have not used it yet, but we are glad we purchased it because it made us feel more secure and comfortable with our kids having the electronics they do because we know they are covered in case of an accident.

My computer was getting some anti spy wire put on it and also cleaning up some virus I got on my computer the Greek Squad was very helpful and nice

Accidentally purchased total tech care , I actually went in to purchase a 16 inch MacBook prop which I accidentally purchased for shipping online . So when I called best buy customer service instead of canceling my order and the transaction taking 3 to 5 days to repost to my account they changed my order to pick up I went to the store and they didn't have it stock and available which at that point I called customer service back to see what my options were all of which included canceling so to my hesitation I did so only to come to the realization my cancellation turned into turned into a total tech purchase thank you for reading my rant

My membership has saved me hundreds of dollars with using the Geek Squad alone! With the various offers associated with being a member, I would highly recommend joining!

I have had this membership for over 3 years. And it has saved me numerous times on my ear buds for my daughter and myself. I will continue to have this as long as I continue to shop at best buy

I bought it for the unlimited Geek Squad supoort. I could not figure out how to make an appt online but I called and someone got me scheduled. They Geek Squad guy was very knowledgeable and was able to solve my problem.

I love my Best Buy total membership! I renew it every year without having a single doubt. It helps me with Best Buy coverage for all of my purchases and anytime I have a problem they stand right up and take care of it

This membership is excellent. It comes in handy when having to warranty items. Especially if you have a toddler! The amount of times I didn’t have to get new electronics (or a microwave) because of the warranty and membership has saved me lots of time, money, and headaches

When I tell you this is THE best membership ever I mean THE best ever. I’ve gotten so many items for not even 5$ and each one costed over 30$. It’s also great that any item I buy here has the warranty guaranteed and I can take any electronics to get inspected for free. Great value and couldn’t recommend it enough

The service is good. The products and equipment are good. The employees seem very knowledgeable. Every time I visit Best Buy, The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I just like the way they do business. The staff knows about the products they are selling. The warranty and exchange system system is good also.
