Really love the benefits but you need to be active enough to get the value of the price.

My son actually bought this because he did not want to bother me with his tech questions. In the end we returned it because they wiped out his computer. The work order said not to touch the data partition, and they wiped it out. We were able to get the data back with a lot of work and some partition recovery tools. But every time I have ever had to use the Geek Squad it never turned out well.

It is a no brainer. Helpful people, Will work by appointments, Joe even scheduled my help in installation on a cool printer, and logitec camera for the TV.

First of all, the tech team is top notch. That being said, the value is only enhanced. Coverage for all my computers and other electronics is quite the deal.
