The service is good. The products and equipment are good. The employees seem very knowledgeable. Every time I visit Best Buy, The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I just like the way they do business. The staff knows about the products they are selling. The warranty and exchange system system is good also.

Could not be happier with signing up for the Best Buy Total Membership. Wish I'd done it sooner - already my bp is down :) I do not have to try to figure things out on my own. The store is close by, I can make an appointment on-line, the help is 100% amazing. I have already made my money back with all the things they've 'fixed' for me. One happy customer!!

The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was lovely and helpful and easy to understand. He was patient and went out of his way to check for points to apply to my membership fee. He answered all of my questions and offered additional information as well.

Best Buy use to have an insurance plan through geek squad, that was based on a percentage of the price, but with the Total membership, you pay for a full year of coverage on all products; also comes with various deals on products that are on sale, only to members. Apple items get the most love, because you get AppleCare on any devices you purchase. Instead of waiting to go through apple themselves, you simply bring it to best buy and they do the rest. Best way to say that Total is worth it, it’s the “Bestbuy” when it comes to shopping at bestbuy.

This memberships is totally worth it if you purchase a lot of electronics from best buy. I would recommend this to all my family and friends.

This membership has been a good value for its free 2 years of AppleCare or Best Buy Coverage. I have also utilized the free glass screen protector replacements for multiple devices.

So far, I have been VERY HAPPY with the membership and everything that comes with it. Admittedly, I know almost NOTHING about computers, I've always been intimidated by, and weary of them, but we're now living in a world where I NEED one, and I need to learn how to use it. The GEEK SQUAD personnel have been instrumental in helping me to become proficient enough to use my laptop and to take full advantage of what it is capable of helping me with. And the security that comes with KNOWING that anything that goes wrong with the computer is covered by this plan is very reassuring. I highly recommend doing this.

Computers just like cars are getting more complicated to use for us, let’s say more mature folks. I am up in age and teaching this old dog nee tricks is rough. The Geek team have been great to work with. They set up my new machine and updated all the apps and showed me how to move ovrr all my Microsoft 365 software. Great experience and great folks!

The annual membership is well worth the money you pay for it. We just had to use it to have our laptop scanned for malware and viruses after having identity stolen. Representatives were very polite and professional. Very happy with the service! Definitely recommend!

bought the warranty offer which was cheaper than the repair price. saved about $50. A good deal. I was worried about the virus on my computer and the salesman said it was not the normal virus they see. It took them an extra day but they killed the virus. I was tickled to say the least. Very pleased with the outcome.

This membership haves so many benefits and it’s very convenient and helpful with tech issues and other problems that you would have I would recommend this to anyone because a 2 year warranty on items is so amazing!!
