This membership haves so many benefits and it’s very convenient and helpful with tech issues and other problems that you would have I would recommend this to anyone because a 2 year warranty on items is so amazing!!

I had a laptop failure and originally did not think of going to Best Buy. I contacted a local computer store and it was going to take a week before they'd even look at my PC. I am so glad I remember Best Buy. They got me in and running quickly. They were very professional and took a look while I was there to see if it was something they could handle quickly. I ended up having to leave my PC and within a few days it was fixed. I ended up having another issue a few months later - my drive failed - and so I went back again. They again did a nice job. I really like that they schedule appointments and can accept walk-ins. I never had to wait very long for assistance. I highly recommend this service!!! They make a frustrating event less painful!!

Membership is good but pay attention to who is working on your item as ours was not fixed and we have videos of the employee playing games for hours that were not part of the problem

Overall, I am pleased with the membership. I wish the annual cost was a little less, but I find good value at Best Buy and the membership.

This membership is the best value out there, this service has helped me with all my devices and the staff is very knowledgeable. If you have a mac they will direct you to a team member who is Apple trained. Even when I call on the phone they are able to assist and clear the issue in just minutes.

This membership has proved very beneficial thus far. I purchased this when I purchased my 11th generation iPad and had the data transferred from my old iPad. The savings of that included service almost covered the cost of the membership. About 4 weeks later, my wife needed a new iPad--so when I purchased that and had her data transferred, that free service then more than covered the cost of the membership. Great deal!!!

I really like being a total tech member. I have received tremendous value and support from this membership. Extended warranties is a really great benefit. Had major problems with the new computer and getting my printer to connect to it. And the Total Tech team/ Geek Squad was able to diagnose the problem and fix it.

I have the total membership at Best Buy and have really enjoyed it so far. I have called and gotten a lot of information about the new computer that I have bought. But, in the beginning, I was able to get a large discount when the geek squad helped me transfer information from my old computer to the new one. I plan on using the discount that I will receive from the membership to purchase other items in the future. Thank you for a great plan.

The staff at Best Buy Geek Squadu outstanding and very, very helpful; however, the AI answering system is not effective for customers and not understood by the staff, too, so Best Buy should integrate better by training staff. Many customers were inconvenienced due to the AI answering system - WE PREFER REAL PEOPLE as more efficient and positive for customer service.

The computer and the printer are great,and easy to operate.I use my printer to print things off my computer, I order things from my computer.
