This membership is a must have for anyone buying anything from Best Buy. I’ve had issues with products and having this has been a blessing!

I purchased a new home in 2023 with the total care membership. I’ve saved thousands of dollars on products, installations and extended warranties that comes with the membership It is well worth it especially if you plan on buying any new electronics or appliances.

If you stop to think about it, as I did, you probably buy a lot of tech, appliances, phones, audio visual, flood lights, smart home components, and on and on. It really adds up. And, if you're also like me, you serve as your family's purchaser and technical support for their items as well. For these reasons, I finally joined BB Total. Given that it includes Apple Care (something Apple charges extra for!), my Mac, iPhone, and Airpod purchases paid for my first year membership in those charges alone. I do most of my own tech repairs and programming, but I do love the ability to walk in and return an unfixable device and walk out with a replacement then and there. Try that with your favorite online retailer. Sure, I get it. BB Total is not for everyone who might buy one or two items every now and again. But if you're living in a home with a family and are making use of the latest technologies out there, you might be surprised at just how much you're buying. Getting it all from one location (that also price matches) and gives you extended warranties and other services for a flat fee that covers nearly everything, then BB Total becomes a pretty compelling consideration.

A great deal if you are buying a number of items and you were going to get protection plans on them anyway. The membership pays for itself.

Signed up for Best Buy Total Membership recently (few weeks ago). I have already used it twice. Easy to make apptmt for quick turnaround, and both contacts at Greece W Ridge Store in NYS (Riccardo & Remy) have been extremely helpful. They upgraded my Windows 10 to 11, suggested uninstalling a virus protector I was carrying, as it was bogging down my computer, and recommended WebRoot. I was already carrying Carbonite for backups. WebRoot was an easy addition and my computer is working much faster as well. I am very happy with the services to date.

I’ve had this membership for five years now every single time I go to Best Buy with every purchase comes with the #Warranty easy customer service. One time I bought a $1200 TV and it came with a #Warranty and the geek squad came to my apartment and melted my TV for me for free definitely worth the $200 a year

I have been a total tech member for a few years now, and it's been beneficial in each purchase I make the guaranteed 24 month warranties, the benefit deals and so on

I found this service to be immeasurable. I was new to computers but anytime I went to Best Buy for Geek Squad they helped & explained everything to me without question. Should one of my devices act up I can be reassured that Best Buy has my back. It’s a secure feeling!

Worth it for how often I shop at Best Buy. I’ve brought my computer in store and called a few times and they’ve been super helpful and easy to work with. Luckily I haven’t had any major issues, but with the little things they’ve been just as kind and helpful.

had this for years love it i try like crazy not to take to stores as they have messed up every single think i have taken to stores but they on line if get right person ( take a few times some times but they are normally great

I got this membership so I can have access to the geek squad, and it is so reasonably priced. For barely more than my repair I was able to get the membership, so now my family can get their devices repaired too. The employees there are all so helpful. An excellent experience.

I’ll be honest I was a little skeptical of getting this but I build pc’s and other stuff and sometimes I make a small mistake and I can’t catch it and the geek squad found and it was not expensive as I saved myself like 500 bucks and that was on seperate pc’s

I’ve been a member for multiple years and never once regretted the decision. The included extended warranties alone are worth the investment, not to mention the faster deliveries and longer return windows. This is without a doubt the best store membership I’ve heard of, and it’s easy to recommend to any semi-regular Best Buy customer.

This is a huge value for our family. The person who always took care of our computers is now unable to, I feel like I can have my electronics taken care of again and not feel frustrated, as it's not something that I do.

I really enjoy my membership. Any time I have a question they are there 24/7 and if I need something fixed geek squad is there to fix the problem. I love that I can get great deals as well, in store or online just from having my membership.

After buying a laptop, getting this was a no brainer. The value is through the roof for the apple care alone (compared to purchasing Apple Care outright). I've had this in the past and it has saved me hundreds of dollars, and I've actually used the care protection for other purchases and Best Buy makes it super easy to ensure your gear stays in working order!

Unlimited Geek Squad support brings peace of mind. This technical support service is important and invaluable when needed. I have had this membership for several years and will continue to utilize Geek Squad help. The additional warranty provided on Best Buy products is a welcome feature.

So glad my husband talked my into investing in this! We were able to backup old computer memory and clear out about 8 computers from the house. The protection plan part of the purchase has been an unexpected surprise that helped us when some technology glitched. This is our third year using this plan- it has been worth the investment for us.
