This membership is hooked to outsourced intervention, (re: South America ) in my case, and is extremely hard, and nearly impossible, to be placed in touch with the service agent that was originally hands on with my phone assessment, at Best Buy in Leominster Massachusetts. I paid for the membership thinking it would be a great access to, hands on, technical assistance. You can't just simply call the Leominster store. And the two persons, I spoke with on the phone recently to attempt making contact, actually lied to me about access. I had called to inquire about fake emails I am receiving from outside sources with exactly the amount I paid for my membership demanding 2 year payment for the exact amount I Paid. SO IT IS OBVIOUS BEST BUY IS SHARING OUR INFORMATION with secondary outsourcing. I am disappointed and am reporting this to the Federal Government for fraud.

I love that it protects the items I purchase and the great deals that come with it. The price is maybe a problem if you don’t purchase things often.

Best decision we've ever made & it has saved us a lot of money. I was disappointed when BB launched program changes a couple years ago and took away some benefits. But the peace of mind and savings on service are still worth it. I do wish they offered more deals exclusive to members.
