Not able to solve tricky Bluetooth problem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Neither the first level phone support person nor the second level person was able to fix the problem on my laptop - enable Bluetooth and connect to remote speaker. 2nd level suggested I bring it in to store. Although unable to solve the problem, they were friendly, spoke clearly in recognizable English.
