Best Buy's Geek Squad has helped me with many computer questions both in store and over the phone. I can't say enough good about this service. If you don't have it, get it.

Plus, any questions or you need help with anything and you can go right to one of their stores for free! Also, you get great deals and discounts on products daily.

I've had this membership for years, even after all the "name changes", this membership is the real deal. I'm always happy to see the listing of how much money I'm saving using membership deals, especially with TVs. I just wish the "in-home" computer service was a "deal" too.

I highly recommend getting the membership warranty to cover anything that you buy from Best Buy. They will cover any product that you buy. I have used it over and over and over again and it has saved me a bundle of money in the long run. It is well worth the price.I highly recommend.

Honestly it’s the peace of mind that improve about having this membership. I had an issue with a Samsung cell phone and they took it in and immediately replaced it! No fuss!

I don't typically purchase extended warranties or subscribe to membership offers, however, I am glad that I opted to join the Best BuyTotal Membership plan. Within the first 30 days I have been able to get great service from the Geek Squad on numerous tech items! They added memory to my computer, backed up 2 old computers and transfered information from to my new. They helped me with new external storage, with my watch, phone and earbuds. The technicians were friendly and fast! I have a couple other "projects" and plan to use this service to its max!

We have kept this membership for years now and are very happy with it. We are elderly and not very computor savy and use our plan a lot to get rid of viruses and to keep our omputors running smoothly. I highly recommend everyone gets this protection.
