We have kept this membership for years now and are very happy with it. We are elderly and not very computor savy and use our plan a lot to get rid of viruses and to keep our omputors running smoothly. I highly recommend everyone gets this protection.

This is a first for me, I've never needed help with one of my devices but I finally reached the push point. After speaking with one of the service technicians I made the decision to purchase the service plan on a yearly basis. All my questions were answered and everything I thought was important plus many other items the techs suggested made this purchase well worth my time and money. The guys in Logan were super helpful and listened to my issues and solved my problems.

Unlimited Geek Squad included in the membership is amazing! My old computer stopped working and the Geek Squad was able revive it and move everything onto the new computer. And of course they set up the new one too. The best part was that the team under promised but over delivered by getting the job done in one day instead of three!

Im really mad at myself for letting my geek squad membership expire!!! I never thought the worst that could happen could happen to me. It did and they were there for my husband and me. THANK YOU!!!!

The Lenovo Yoga two in computer and Samsung S25 Ultra cellphones are absolutely fantastic. Also purchasing service plans for all was a one stop takes the cake deal. The sales associate, "Patrick" went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Don't go anywhere else when you can have One Stop Shopping at Best Buy! They have that name because they are......your Best Buy! Thank you Best Buy!

I think the value for having one flat membership fee for device protection is great to have plus perks for discounts is great too.

This is pretty good if you buy a lot of electronics since it covers all your purchases, from movies, video game accessories and major electronics. Read the fine print and understand the program before buying. Pros: You get coverage for just about all your purchases. Just need to pay a fee if you need to return an item to get a replacement. Similar to warranty where you get the item you returned that is damaged or malfunctioned for a brand new replacement. But then once you get it, you have to pay for another warranty plan. Here you just pay a fee for the return and since you have the total plan, its covered automatically, just $180 a year. 2. you get special prices for being a TOTAL member, just got these headphones that are 200 for 140 as a TOTAL member, so a savings of 60. They do that for many items. A samsung TV I was looking at was 2500 on sale from 3800, and for 2 days had a TOTAL member sale for 2000. saving an extra 500 from the regular sale price, so you have chances to save depending on what your looking for. Cons: not really a con, but you need to pay the 180 each year to keep it on and active. Sounds like your items stay protected as long as you have the plan, but it can't be stopped and then renewed later and keep protection from items before plan expired and got renewed.

It is a great value if you plan to build a whole new set up. Just in the few purchases I have made so far I have saved well over $150 on the geek squad protection plans alone. Not to mention all the other bonuses like the mypick deals!

Best buy Total is with every penny!! It covers almost every item I buy, covers most repairs, offers huge discounts on additional install services (Like TV mounting). Absolute no brainer to have Total.

I like to utilize the Total Membership offers when I make a purchase of something that may needed added support. It turns out I didn't need the support for this purchase, but the previous two purchases, over the last several years, did provide value well above the cost. It is a nice option to have.

Totally worth the benefits of the membership. I had thought about not renewing then one of the members explained what I was missing out on and I cannot wait to use the full benefits .

The store clerk recommended this for $180. With it, we got to migrate the older lap lop info over for free instead of paying $140. In addition, we bought the lap top for $1,099, but we saw it on sale later for $679. This included price protection so we got a refund of $460 too.

I have had SO many computer issues this year. Bought a Total Membership, and I am delighted with the service and the quality of help I have received. The whole team at Albuquerque is just wonderful, and the person I have worked with is spectacular. Highly recommend this membership, it has paid for itself for me already, 2 weeks in. Love it.
