    my pc got hacked. they fixed it within a day actually, the estimated time was 2-3 days but I got it back the next day. Everything was updated as well and it was running a lot smoother than before too.

    Best Buy has saved so much money. Geek squad has bee fantastic. I do not blink An eye when I need electronics I go to Best Buy, I have always been treated very good. Great custumer service.

    Per my Best Buy Total Membership I received assistance setting up my new laptop. In addition, because of the price match benefit, I received a refund of $350. More specifically, on Black Friday there was a price reduction for the laptop model I purchased on October 29th so I received a refund of $350 the difference between the amount I purchased the laptop for and the new price.

    I used the geek squad 2 times once for a scam and once for a hack to my laptop. They worked on it thru the hook up on there system to mine. Very helpful.

    This service is absolutely worth it! I will use it till the day I die! I recommend all my friends and family get this! The only part I don't like is I wish T.V. installations were free or at least cheaper, I'm military, so I move every 3 years and I don't trust myself enough to re-mount my expensive/large OLED T.V. every 3 years

    This membership is amazing. It is an additional price, but once you have it, it's so helpful and reassuring to know that you have systems to back you up if your device malfunctions or you just want some guidance. So far, I've utilized my membership advantages once when my laptop display was messed up, and it went so smoothly. I plan to use it again if I ever need to! Definitely recommend it to anyone considering getting it.

    So far the Best BuyTotal Rewards membership that I’m paying $180/yr for has been worth the money. Some of the return (of defective items) has not been as good as it was. I had to return a home theater receiver back and instead of exchanging it for the exact model, they gave me store credit and I had to repurchase it at a higher price.

    I rarely if ever purchase or buy into such membership programs. But this membership has served its purposes and is worth the cost. I have gotten free delivery and installations time and time again, and free technical support. I have gotten discounts on items at the register due to my membership. Also, the membership adds an extra layer of consumer protection to purchased items.

    It helps with when our computers have an issue like viruses, but when you have something wrong like a bad port, you would have to go tot he manufacturer instead of having them just replace or repair the computer themselves.
