Best Buy cares about it's customers

I purchased a new HP computer in September and bought the totaltech membership. In December I purchased a new 55" TV and found that my totaltech included delivery and installation of the new smart TV plus removal of my old tube type heavy TV. In the interim I had an old printer repaired in my house by total tech. It is fantastic! The Geek Squad is marvelous!
