Impossible to get in touch with
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have always really liked Best Buy and Geek Squad, but this computer purchase and the Totaltech experience have been exceptions. I left my computer for service and the next day got a text asking me to call them. They gave me a number and extension. Sounds easy… But, after me calling to be put on hold, I left my number for a call back. I got a call back to only be put on hold twice, then transferred to another representative to be put on hold twice more. This person then transferred me back to the original number I’d called. After 45 minutes, I wasn’t much in the mood to start over. After getting more texts and an email to call in, the next day I tried the “chat” service. It was no better; this person recommended I go into the store. When I did make it back into the store on my next day off, the person I talked to said something about entering the ext number 3 times or some such thing. How was I supposed to know that? It was just frustrating and disappointing.
