When technical issues arise, Best Buy always comes through with help, products, or answers. And I like the discount on products—that’s a big help. My membership renews every year and for me it’s an investment in our electronics and in my peace of mind.

The service is excellent, and having the membership makes everything much easier. The extended return window up to 60 days and the included AppleCare really make a difference. I’m genuinely satisfied and highly recommend it. I used to buy Apple products directly from Apple, but now I don’t see the point anymore. Just a tip.

I am really happy that we got this membership. It’s already saved us money. The sales representative that helped us was very knowledgable of he products we bought.

The geek squad was great but there was a huge problem getting through to the store. All I could get through to was someone in South Africa and then it took some time to get a person from the store in Citrus Heights in contact regarding a related problem. Please put in my vote for being to get in touch with the store in person and not with AI or some other person outside the store.

I've purchased My Best Buy Total for the past few years and it's given me a lot of value. I've gotten several free visits for laptops and phones, plus a free service call on a stove. It has given us fast service, with most visits needing only software fixes and thus not costing us anything.

This plan gives you the confidence to try new items and have the support when you don't understand something...or just get stuck. They will take the time to teach you and show you features of each item. This is an invaluable and necessary plan as technology changes.

This is sooo worth it in the long run, makes pc fixes/upgrades/repairs free when they would have to cost the same price to do this anyway. Fuether more the protection plans on everything also makes it worth ot

Great subscription but unfortunately I had to cancel it out due to other obligations I had but I will always recommend it.

Great help for covering any extra cost that come along with the repairs of my device Tbh if you find yourself shoppi g or getting repairs here I would recommend getting the best buy total membership for the extra benefits

This membership offers the best option for tech support (the Geek Squad) for my new laptop and associated software. To have this support for the increasingly complex IT world is invaluable to me. I recommend this membership to all but the most highly technical individuals.

Being able to get our desktop checked and repaired has been a great help. Especially with young children using it for homework and research purposes.

So reassuring that I got the best buy total membership with my new pc, Now i can get even better deals on parts in the future and accessories.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Ryan and Jonah from the Best Buy in Mira Mesa, CA. I wanted to build a new PC, and had spent time researching every part. I had very specific questions about which parts were the best on the market right now, and tech terms I wasn't familiar with, and they were able to answer all of them. They spent ample time with me until all my questions were answered, and all the bases were covered. I just picked up my PC build today, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. I am super excited to jump into some new-and-improved gaming. I can't emphasize enough how helpful both Ryan and Jonah were in this process. They really know computers, they were easy to talk to, and they were diligent about helping me find every part I was looking for. They are both truly great, upstanding employees that deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond. Overall, I had a very positive experience working with Geek Squad, and I would build with them again.

I appreciate the unlimited number of Geek Squad visits for things that change on my laptop. It is easy to get into sites that change your profile and new things come online that you don't necessarily have control of. Nice to have help.

I recently purchased a back up driv that is worthless. It down loaded my files but doesn’t give me a way to separate files. Now I have picture, email, video files, and everything else all mixed up. Real difficult to try to sort. My thumb drive is better sorted. I can find things pretty easy. Thank.

The membership gives you a great piece of mind. However, I had it for many years and never actually use any of the benefits. Most likely will downgrade or cancel next year.

I always buy my tablets and cell phone etc from Best Buy. They have good discount iffers. They have knowledgeable staff. They have a great Samsung rep and also a Verizon rep. I joined Geek Squad. Very happy.

This membership has already paid for itself! It's a great peace of mind to know you can bring your laptop in, have it repaired by knowledgeable experts in a reasonable time, and be covered under the Best Buy Total membership.

Seems like a reasonable buy. I'm on;y a few weeks in but did get some Geek Squad help and a purchase protection plan on a new desk top and monitor. We will see if it still feels right in 6 months or so.
