I don’t know what we would do without Best Buy and their employees, but add a Total Tech membership and tech life is paradise! I’ve saved

I have a large family and they all have phones and gaming systems etc. This membership has come in handy so much due to kids being the ones having these devices they are more prone to damage. I have definitly gotten my money's worth on this.

So far over the years this has saved me money on my purchases. Also gets me special deals. I get extended warranties!

It's taking me a lot of time to get my new computer to the pint where I can find my old documents. I thought they were transferred but I'm having to search for them on my old computer and individually transfer them to my new computer.

I love that I can visit Best Buy to get help with my electronic issues. It helps me feel confident when I face concerns and confusion with my Best Buy purchases.

My membership has paid for itself over and over again. All representatives I have had the pleasure of doing business with have been awesome. Every problem or question has been resolved timely and professionally. Highly recommend!

Had to use this twice in the last year and service was great. Replaced an Android device over the Christmas holiday and it was like two days and the new phone was in my hands and the account info and data were transferred. Fantastic!

Over all membership may seem much at first, but have protection does pay for it self when you do have to file a claim. Had one my computer tower break and bricked itself. With protection i have best buy covered the entire tower replaced it completely free of charge that alone was worth the yearly fees. Totally worth the price!!!

Wow! I had my laptop checked for malware by the Geek Squad. Highly knowledgeable. Very efficient! Had it back two days later all cleaned and ready.

It has more than paid for itself. I haven’t bought a warranty since I have had the membership. Also hundreds in savings.

I love this membership. The value is great for the help we have had for our computers and phones. We get check-ups a couple times of years and the Geek Squad is able to help clean up our devices and gives us recommendations without pressure. I would purchase the protection plan for ease of mind. I am always skeptical of purchasing such plans, however this plan has been a benefit for us as we have purchased it three years now. I highly recommend it, even if you are well versed with the ins and outs of electronics.

The Membership has been a great service to me. Any problem with my laptop and the phone service personnel have been able to fix it. Also I get my laptop cleaned up regularly. I recently had to buy a new laptop and was given truthful and helpful advice, much appreciated.
