They have helped me find coverage on items that I honestly forgot I had coverage. People say don't buy the warranty but with the shortage of quality employees due to "COVID" let me tell you BUY THE COVERAGE. Best Buy cuts out the need to communicate with a team of people that may not comprehend what you are saying due to linguistic challenges. GET THE COVERAGE! I cant stress this enough. GET IT PLEASE

Old and confused

My experience so far has been very good, probably better! I still have some questions but need to write it down before I ask for help. This helps me understand better when speaking to the "Totaltech" tech technician. Everyone has been great!
